First I received an email offering to return the test strips they did not want to purchase from me. I acknowledge this email gratefully. Then I get a response saying they refuse to send test strips back when they don't want them. (guess they consider them free stock for their shelves). I question this via both an email and voicemail saying that I was already told I would get the product sent back. I soon receive another email saying to disregard the previous email and they will make an exception for me and send it back. Again I say thank you. A couple days go by, nothing. I reach out to them for an update and tracking number. They ignore my email. A couple more days go by, same thing.... They ignore another email. Then a few more days go by, I leave a voicemail and another email. Both are ignored. So far my experience with this company is that they are thieves. They steal diabetic supplies from people and then sell them at prices slightly below retail allowing themselves to make maximum dollar. Do not use this service ever. Find a company that may offer to pay $5 less per box but that doesn't steal your supplies.

Do your research, there are better buyers out there.I have sold my extra supplies to this company for a couple of years... over time they have more and more refused to buy "damaged" supplies. This only came to a head recently after they are rejecting supplies that I would not consider damaged and they were damaged in transport to them. They refuse to let me pay to get them back. I cannot control how roughly the supplies are handled in transport to them. Two Moms Buy Test Strips will not let you pay to receive your supplies back - this gives the appearance of theft. They could easily charge the customer double shipping fees and use the exact same box to get their "damaged" supplies back, but they won't "because it will put them out of business"There are other buyers out there who pay just as much, without having to deal with "bonus codes" and will let you pay to send back supplies they deem damaged.Do your research, this company is the king of gaslighting. Again, they will respond saying I shouldn't have shipped damaged items - but let's remember I didn't they were damaged in transport and they stole them.

If you send something, like a brand new $280 CGM and they never send a check to you, ... well...you call them for weeks and finally, they call you back and they say, oh, we can't use it. so, now, I'm baffled (really) (because they even told me when i first made the sale agreement that they'd send $65 for it one they receive the item...) Anyway, I ask them to send it back to me since they've decided they don't want it., "please"They respond with "we don't send products back"She FINALLY caves in and agrees to send it back if I mail the postage to her but she never texts or emails me the address as she said she would. Soooo, I once again, begin the task of trying to reach her. When I finally do, I let her know "Hey, you never sent me your address" , but, not to worry I found your address and have mailed you return postage of $9.75 -which should more than cover the return cost. She then replied, "Sorry, we don't have the item you sent to us any longer.(What the heck", I'm thinking). So, then, I ask, " D..Di. Did you sell it?)Her reply, "We just don't have it anymore".SCAM ALERT PEOPLE. She even suggested that SHE WISHED "YOU PEOPLE" would read the fine print on the website so she wouldn't have to deal with all thee issues with everyone... WHAT!!!?OMG, Can you believe the gull of these two old scammer ladies....?
