Trio Coffee House

Great atmosphere, customer service and attention to detail. It's a small shop and line got long but they are super quick to take the order and get the drinks out the door. We went with the valentines trio and let me tell you, I couldn't decide which one I like the most! I would order each and every one as a full size. They are super nice and constantly updating the menu so be sure to come give them a try!

This is my favorite coffee shop to when I come to town! They've recently done some upgrades, created really cute merch, a drink menu for each season, and have plenty of seating for studying, a coffee date, etc. The employees are very nice and positive which makes this place a 5/5 spot for me! I usually order a regular cappuccino, an iced Spanish latte, or a specialty matcha and they haven't disappointed! Food wise, the jalapeño and cheddar croissant is always the go to. As a local Palmdale resident, it's nice to have a coffee shop with cool vibes close by

Dirty chai, very good ,way too much ice . Service. Girl had the attitude of id rather be doing anything else than taking your order or serving . Just stay home if that's your attitude.Feeling welcome in a business by the staff is huge to me .

Let me just say that walking in felt so welcoming. The staff is amazing and they give you exactly what you ask for. The coffee is delicious. And not to put any coffee shops down.. but Starbucks who? lol! You get the point. It is so worth it!

We got the Mexican mocha with cinnamon and the marry matcha. The matcha was my favorite the raspberry foam wasn't too sweet and paired nicely with the matcha. The baristas were sweet and helpful. It was very busy when we came in but we got our drinks pretty fast, it's a cute little coffee shop. Love the aesthetic of the inside it's clean and simple.

Found this local coffee shop when I was in the area. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The inside has a good amount of space to hangout or study, with free WiFi and a couple outlets. The workers were really friendly and helpful when we asked questions about the drinks!I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with Coconut Cold Foam, and it was delicious! The matcha was a good flavor and paired well with the coconut foam on top. It was on the sweeter side, but not overly sweet. My fiancé ordered an Iced Americano with Vanilla Cold Foam. He liked the drink and thought the espresso was strong, but he did want a bit more cold foam as his didn't have as much.Overall, I was impressed with the drinks and service!

Great coffee in Palmdale! Everyone was getting matcha lattes while I was in line and had to get it! Well needless to say WOW there matcha lattes are delicious .... Not too sweet! We also got the Carmel macchiato ... again tasted very yummy and not too sweet! Fast service.

New to the area! I've been here a few times and it's my favorite place! Coffee is so yummy! Cutest valentine's day menu! All the girls are so kind and welcoming! Has space to work in as well! I'm so happy I found Trio!

Coffee is really good and they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Staff is also very friendly.
