Elaine is an absolute gem! Don't think twice, call her now! She put together the intimate, fall themed dinner party of our dreams! I can't wait to do it again!

Elaine and her crew went beyond our expectations. They catered my husband's residency graduation. Many of our guests commented on how great the food was. I especially loved the sliders and her peach/burrata bruschetta. The crew the day of the event were on time, friendly and professional. Super cool guys! I cannot recommend Tres bien enough.

Tres Bien catered our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I'm still getting compliments on the food, and the staff was great. I'll definitely be recommending Elaine and Tres Bien ro anyone who needs catering in the future. My favorites were the bacon wrapped dates, both the salmon and the beef filet, the potatoes au gratin and gorgeous cheesecake bites. Thank you so much Tre Bien for helping to make our day perfect!

Tres bien was the caterer for an event we attended on sat sep 22 2018.The food was terrible! The apppetizers were fine and I had high hopes for the upcoming dinner. The dinner was served family style for approximately 100 people seated 8 to a table. First; everything was cold! Then the green beans were raw, the stuffed chicken could not be cut with the steak knives that were provided. The beef whatever was dry and under seasoned. The mashed potatoes were a welcome relief to help swallow the proteins and legumes. Stay away from tres bien because it is far from being " very good".

Elaine is a great person to work with. She worked with our family in preparing our meals for our busy schedule. We also had the pleasure of attending a wedding that she had catered and the creative presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious! Give Tres Bien a call, you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love Elaine and her daughter. I threw a surprise party for my husband's birthday. They came right in and took control, so I could concentrate on my guests. And the food was absolutely amazing.

I am an event designer based out of Los Angeles and I hired Elaine to cater a wedding I did this May at The Historic Seven Sycamores. She came highly recommended from the venue and she exceeded all of the rave reviews that proceeded her. Communication was easy and efficient and she was a joy to collaborate with. She took our menu ideas and, not only brought them to life, but elaborated and expanded on them to make them truly unique and special. We did passed appetizers during cocktail hour and interactive taco and quesadilla stations for the dinner as well as a buffet of coordinating sides. The food was DELICIOUS and the guests loved the interactive experience. The service was engaging and the presentation was beautiful and thoughtfully coordinated with the rest of the event design. I hope to work with Elaine again soon. I would hire and recommend her in a heartbeat.

I am not a big hamburger type person but our office was treated to catered speciality burgers by Tres Bien. I was very impressed and they were AWESOME! great taste, sun dried tomatoes, different pickles, dressings... I mean they thought of everything and more!

Tres Bien is the absolute best! Whether it's for catering an event or meal delivery the Central Valley is fortunate to have such a high-quality business providing top-tier service and food. Elaine and her team catered our wedding reception and our guests still rave about the food. In addition, the service she and her team provide is beyond compare. Elaine was very helpful every stop of the way and willing to help us along the process of planning, which was so incredibly appreciated. I can't recommend enough!

I used Elaine's catering for a retirement party for about 40 people. She was great and the food was delicious. The presentation of the food was very nicely done. We did heavy appetizers and it was the nicest presentation I have seen. I love that she had familiar food with her own unique special twist. She was also very responsive during the planning process. Elaine had many appetizers to choose from and was helpful in suggesting a well-rounded menu. I can't wait until the next party so I can try more of her food!
