Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, I've developed an appreciative relationship with TCC. I joke with Will, "I don't want to see you often, but if I do, I know you treat me like family and will take care of me." They have taken care of my vehicle on multiple occasions and have restored them to perfect condition each time. I suggest going to them if you like your vehicle to be the way it's suppose to be.

I had my vehicle stolen in December. I called many body shops in town, and all of them had such a long wait and sounded annoyed with all the questions I had. I called Trends, and they towed my car the same day, and answered all my questions that I had. I know I was annoying since I called all the time for follow ups, I was out of a car for about 6 weeks. They always kept me in the loop, and had all the patience with explaining things to me! I couldn't be happier with my car!! The staff were amazing and professional!! My car had fire damage on the entire passenger side with partial top and hood damage as well as parts needing to be replaced. A color match was needed with extensive repairs. Trends went above and beyond making sure to get everything needed from my insurance company, in restoring my car. With all the damage my car had, I wasn't sure what to expect as the final outcome. Especially with also needing the color match on the paint. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. It matched perfectly!!Picked up my car and it looked brand new!! Clean! Very impressive and impeccable work, on the business end of it all and with my cars restoration. I'm beyond happy and thankful! They are very thorough,efficient, and timely. I thought with all the damage it had it would take a lot longer then it did to be repaired and restored. They don't play around! They work hard to get things moving , done and done right !! So my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident. And I would just like to say that this company did a phenomenal job and they making sure I felt comfortable that my car would get fully repaired.The team was specific on what needed to be repaired when I would have it ready and gave me updates. I had the most amazing experience with Trends collision center!! Brought my 2018 Corolla in after an accident and they worked with the other drivers insurance so well. I really felt like they cared and had my best in interest and got my car out so fast!! And looking better than before the accident! They kept me updated through out the process and we're so kind and helpful in explaining everything I would need in a way I could understand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, amazing work and customer service !

10/10 recommend Trends to everyone who needs work done on their cars! My car was rear ended and although the damage wasn't bad, I still wanted my car to be fixed and look good again. Trends had the best customer service and communication and pricing compared to most of the body shops in town. Along with fixing my bumper and the damage underneath, Trends also gave my car back completely cleaned inside and out. I will definitely be going back for any body job needs in the future! You can definitely feel like your car is in good hands.
