Tractor Supply

I've been here twice since moving to Ridgecrest and have been very pleased with the customer service each time. They have a particular item, one I consider a staple, for a very good price, which other stores sell for 2x the price IF they even have it in stock. I think it's really neat that they have supplies for beekeeping. Never seen that elsewhere in person. All the employees I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful. I like it here!

Was real happy when Tractor Supply opened in Ridgecrest, a much shorter drive than going all the way up to Gardnerville-Minden, Nevada. The store is well-stocked and the staff, super helpful. Ridgecrest is so hit and miss, hope the community supports them and they stay in business for awhile.

Only go in when Butch is there. The store manager Sarah is horrible. Butch gets 5 stars he's great at customer service

So I came to this store only because I was told how great and big their dog section was and I heard about the dog washing stations. I was very disappointed when I got there and saw one, just one freaking isle of dog toys and treats. Walmart has a bigger selection. Then we go check out the dog washing stations which are all the way in the back of the building past the creepy deserted gate area. As we get back there they turn off the lights on us..it was like 630 p.m. and I guess you can't wash your dog past a certain time. Still don't understand why they had to turn the lights off in half the store since the washing stations are in a closed off room of their own... So we come back the next day BC we have heard such wonderful things about this place. We get to the room with the washing stations. It feels like an institution. Its creepy. The big metal door almost did some serious damage on my dogs foot. The whole experience of washing her was just horrible. The room doesn't accommodate very well for dog washing. Not much to help slipping and they must keep the door closed all the time because it felt very wet in there and smelled of wet dog, of course. I know this is a tractor supply and not a dog store but I really have no reason for returning after such a creepy and overall bad experience.

I am so surprised that there is not 50 ratings already on this store! I can not give this Enough stars I love this store. I tore something in both of my shoulders and I am unable to lift these heavy bags to buy my animals food, cat litter and many other things. From the very first time I walked in the store customer service is the top thing on their list. Sarah not only helped me find everything I need, loaded everything up, check me out and then loaded things in my car for me on my very first visit. I was concerned about the switching of cat foods and dog foods Troy lugged those bags and help me look up all of the different ingredients. Now Flash Forward I've been coming into the store weekly since they opened due to the great product and great customer service. I go in yesterday just to get cat food and dog food and they still remember me, talked with me and put me first. As you know that is not always the situation in our small town of Ridgecrest. I am absolutely thrilled to say that if you want some great service, great products, and people that genuinely care if you're there, go to this tractor supply store. I absolutely am grateful to them. Especially note this if your having any type of physical problem or disability. If you are disabled you know that it's hard to get help sometimes I've stood at other stores for 30-40 minutes trying to find someone to help me lift a heavy bag. It's a terrible feeling. You will never feel that here. Congratulations to the Tractor Supply in Ridgecrest California for being an outstanding store in every way.

I had purchased a new propane tank and had them fill it up. The employee asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He also asked me if i wanted to join their rewards program and I said yes. So he took all my information to set up my account. After that, he opened the side gate so that i could leave without carrying a full tank of propane back in the store(which was probably dangerous). I waited for an emailed receipt but it never delivered. So I filled out their online form, and informed them that i neither received a paper receipt or an emailed receipt. I never heard back from them. Although I like their store and selection; I need competence and caring service of which I received neither. I can understand a bad employee; but when management is unresponsive; then I must boycott them and find another store. Back to the big box stores.

Nothing in stock I needed. The Ariat boots I bought we're comfortable on a tractor, but when I had to go up and down three flights of stairs the rubbed the skin off my ankle. They took them back with no issues.

Super nice and knowledgeable employees. I've shipped here a couple of times and would recommend them!

Fewer items restocked in a timely manner. The no nonsense manager who opened the store moved on and the best associates moved away. The farmer's market no longer uses the far side of the parking lot. We go there less and less.

First time walking into this store to do an exchange for an item that was defective purchased in a neighbouring town store. I had contacted the store to make sure there was an associate available to handle the exchange and even a few days previous to confirm that a exchange could be made between stores. I was first acknowledged as the "one" they had talked about, then dismissed and told it wasn't their policy to do exchanges between stores, then apprehensively delt with, all the while having to hear snide remarks that maybe the issue was due to lack of intelligence regarding the items operation, and almost what felt like I had possibly stolen the item. I will never walk into another tractor supply co and now actually appreciate the fact that they never seem to have any business.
