My sister took her car in recently to get a tire replaced and her oil changed. When she got the quote for a tire the woman who works here looked up the exact tire my sister already had on vehicle and she quoted $200 a tire and my sister agreed to get two replaced. We dropped off the car the night before and the next morning they called her and said that she would also need a cabin filter, an engine filter and a couple of other items. When she went to pick up her vehicle, the tires ended costing over $300 a tire and in total she paid over $800 for all repairs. Only suggestion I have for anyone who goes here for service, get all quotes in writing so that the prices don't change overnight. Also, don't do overnight drop offs so you can communicate exactly what you want and have them tell you what you need so nothing is a surprise. Otherwise, they got a everything done in a timely fashion and her vehicle is ready for the upcoming road trip.

Thank you to the team at Toyota Ridgecrest I have been looking around to purchase a Toyota. Sienna and I called pretty much every single dealer of Northern California and it was very difficult to get a straight answer or figure out the pricing and also the dealer adjustment was very affordable. here they were on the lower end compared to other places that were charging double and also on top of that, including a bunch of mandatory accessories that I didn't really want or need.Jesse picked up the phone call and was very helpful from the start, providing a straightforward pricing and also giving us a inventory list of vans that are on the way to the dealership and if I would like to reserve when he let me know do it right away which I did I put down a deposit which was really easy we did it over the phone. A simple credit app was all that was needed to get the van reservedOverall, I recommend this dealer if you are looking for a honest pricing and no pressure on sales or a lot of tactics to sell you a vehicle Everyone I dealt with, was very honest and open about what is needed and how it works and very accommodating on all of our request.

i happened to be near when it was time for my 20K service on my 2021 Tacoma. i tried calling to make an appointment, i was put on hold for 50+ minutes (long enough to drive from Mojave to Ridgecrest). I hung up when i arrived in Ridgecrest before they answered. I drove by, it was pretty empty, and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The service staff were very friendly. The service took an hour, and seemed uneventful. The cost of the service was covered by Toyota, soo i can't comment on the cost.There weren't any extras like free car wash or anything else like i have experienced at other dealers. And during covid, there were $4,000 markup on Tacoma & $3,000 on camry above MSRP.

We worked with Elias of Toyota of Ridgecrest recently. He was very courteous, transparent, straightforward, and very easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the whole sales transaction. It was an actual pleasure working with him, which was a pleasant surprise! We were dealing with other salespeople at the time from other dealerships, and it was very stressful and frustrating! Elias stood out because of his integrity! That's why we wanted to purchase our vehicle from his dealership, even though they were much further away from us than other dealerships. I hope Elias and his brother Jesus (who helped him with the delivery of our vehicle) get recognized for their hard work!

I am an old person who took their older Toyota Camry to the Toyota of Ridgecrest service center for 2 routine maintenance services - an oil change, and an a/c recharge. I drove a beautifully running vehicle into this dealership and got a destroyed car back. When I went to pick up my car, Paul the service manager, told me that the car needed a new harmonic balancer and perhaps some belts, etc.......that my car wasn't safe to drive. Harmonic balancers last the life of a car in almost all cases. My car made it 2 blocks before it started squealing horribly and then stopped running ! This was a perfectly running car when I drove it in and I have family and friends as witnesses. If that wasn't bad enough......they broke the door handle on the driver side and said that I should be thankful that they didn't charge me to put a new one on !!!!! I would never, EVER, trust this place again - they left my car with major repairs - they literally ruined my car. BEWARE!

I got a vehicle from here don't get me wrong I'm glad they were willing to help me and get a car with no credit but 5 almost 6 months went in for a diagnostic because my brakes weren't working properly turns out my master cylinder was failing and about $2,300 to fix yes, I did not get the warranty but definitely did not feel like I caused it then I proceeded to take it to 2 mechanics and both let me know it was in fact not my master cylinder but my ABS which I'm still looking about a little over 1k I just think it's crazy that I was about to pay for something completely different to what the problem was let alone I was not expecting to have to pay more money to fix the car as I'm still paying
