Town & Country Car Wash

Took my 2020 Camry in for a full wash. As I was driving away I noticed a huge crack on the windshield passenger side. That was not there prior. I spoke several times to Mariela the office manager, she was very helpful through this whole ordeal. They referred me to someone who could fix it and also paid for part of the damage. I also appreciate their timely response.

BEWARE!!! $4000+ damage to my car and they're completely denying it! (after offering to take it next-door to Alex's, admitting fault) After having my car cleaned, I went to get in my driver seat and realized my seat would not go into position. This usually happens when the backseat is left in an up and forward position. I get out of the car open the back door and yes, the backseat is lifted completely up. I push the button to put the seat down and it will not go down. Not wanting to force it, I get my flashlight on my phone and look underneath and can see there is something stuck. I let the guy know and after forcefully shaking my seat back-and-forth, he says he needs to take it in the back. After 20 minutes, they bring it back, and the seat is down, but will not move. My front seat is stuck completely forward, there are tears in the leather where they tried to move the seat, and the backseat is also stuck and unlocked. I let him know. It is still broken and he tells me that my warranty should cover it. Long story short I don't have a warranty anymore and they wouldn't cover it anyways because my car was damaged by this car wash! They are now completely denying it, and even saying their cameras show the seat was forward and lifted before I got it washed. That wouldn't even work Because my drivers seat is stuck all the way forward. And so is my backseat. And what a joke because I opened the back door to get any trash out so if it is in fact on camera, you would clearly see the seat was not broken Do they think I came up with a master plan to go to this car wash with a broken car all just to accuse them and get my car fixed? Nice try! Luckily my insurance, farmers, has been great so far in informing me of my rights. Definitely not letting this go and just wanted to let everybody else know to be careful!

After 3 weeks of grueling 6 day workweeks, I was finally able to pamper my neglected truck with a nice wash. Labor Day weekend. I opted for the handwash/ the leather treatment package + floor mats which was like a mini-detail. Let me just say I cannot express the level of customer satisfaction I had for the end result. This was no rushed job & honestly the best workmanship at any carwash I've ever been to! They took their time and were thorough in every category. My interior was just flawless. The seats looked brand new after the treatment. The truck was absolutely pristine when they pulled it up and heads were snappin to look over. I will definitely and exclusively be coming back to Town & Country from now on. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Cracked my windshield and blamed it on cold water and an existing small pebble crack on the other side of the windshield. When I got home and inspected it, the cracked came from the top of the windshield where it was obviously hit. They wouldn't budge on fault, kept saying it was the cold water. His excuse made zero sense. Don't trust them with your car please. Go somewhere honest and save the yourself the expense of damage they can cause you.

Fantastic job on cleaning but I was over charge on my second time going. Supposed to get car wash and armor all inside. Instead my car was only wash outside and inside was still dirty. I had to pay 25$ more to clean inside. From 55$ to get all that services, now I pay 75$ for the same service. Make sure to asked for cleaning inside and out side armor all or you be charged more for same price.

I got an estimate on my SUV then the next day I took it in. It was my neighbor's that passed away. I cleaned the inside well enough to drive. But they cleaned it like showroom clean. It was $190 and know I need the outside buff the $190 was worth it. Fred Crumrine.

I had a great experience there today, April 30th. I've been looking for the great service and I found it. I will continue to go there from now on. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible spot people who work there yell out some inappropriate stuff and the work isn't the best

The service here is on point, and the prices are very reasonable. The gentleman that assisted me went over my options from the very beginning, and quickly took my car. I think I just found my new car wash spot.

My elderly parents went to go get their trick washed here. Well their buggie lift on the back of their truck was absolutely destroyed! It was bent and broken and sticking out. They had to drive home like that which was seriously dangerous! They tried to keep the truck out of my parents eyesight and they finished cleaning it. When my parents asked them about what happened, they responded and said they would have to look at the video tape. Like it came in like that! They have been ignoring my parents phone calls about them paying for it to be fixed! My dad is a disabled veteran and my mother is disabled too. This is not right to give elderly customers the run around!
