Total Wine & More

This is definitely a good Total Wine and More location, it was clean and fully stocked on all types of alcohol.Unfortunately I could not buy much because I live in North Carolina and would have to check my bag since they don't ship and I had a carry on, I was very limited.Had I not been restricted I would be like a kid in a candy shop.

Total Wine has a great selection and good prices, but Sarah at checkout seems to have taken it upon herself to police any signs of joy in the checkout line. While waiting, I made a lighthearted remark--just a simple, "Can I have their rewards points?" after the person ahead of me declined to sign up. No schemes, no actual expectation of getting the points--just a joke to pass the time.Sarah, however, was not having it. With the enthusiasm of a mall cop on a power trip, she immediately shut it down with a firm, "That's not allowed," as if I was trying to run a rewards fraud ring instead of just making small talk. I'll be back because the store itself is great, but maybe Sarah should treat herself to a bottle of whatever might help her lighten up or consider reassignment in a non-customer facing role.

I don't even drink anymore but I come here to get my non-alcoholic beer fix. They have the best selection of that in town *and* their staff actually knows the NA products, I believe one was one of the male managers. I failed to get his name but he recommended several new breweries and flavors to me, which I tried. Some I loved, some I didn't, but I appreciated it wasn't a shameless money grab; he clearly knew understood what I liked and made recommendations based on that. The staff seem happy to be there and the store is always clean and organized.And... it doesn't bother me that I need to show ID to buy NA beer... it's the law.

Great curbside service. Easy to order online and pick up. Young man came out with my order fairly quick and I was on my way. I needed a case of champagne and the price was very reasonable.

Don't quite get the negative reviews here.Overall I felt the majority of prices here are way cheaper than most markets in Santa Clarita. Everything is well stocked and cleaned. I spoke to 3 different associates and they were all friendly and helpful

I wish I could write 0 for a review . I walked in with a friend who wants to buy tequila and she has her Id but I didn't since I'm not getting anything and they didn't want to let her buy the stuff because I was next to her although I had my id on the phone! Plus the woman was so rude and arrogant. Never stepping here again!

I am 49 years old and the checker refused to sell to my husband because I didn't show my ID. Neither of us look even close to the age of 30, let alone underage. I felt like she thought I was trying to get away with something, and I really don't appreciate being treated with contempt for simply existing. She also didn't apologize or even explain the policy. It was around 7:30 PM on Wednesday 7/17/2024 and she was the only female at the register. I won't shop here anymore because I refuse to provide my information to anyone if I am not even buying anything.

I love this store! I wish I had one in Oregon! the prices were awesome and the variety was outstanding.

Extremely rude. I called asking if there was a product on hand and they immediately said "Nope." And hung up. I had other questions but wasn't able to get to them due to their rudeness.
