The cheeseburgers were great! Some of the best in Bakersfield I've ever had! French fries are fresh and good! Onion rings were fresh and tasty!Prices good!Nice simple selection!Nice safe convenient location!Nicely organized!CleanVery friendly workers!CourteousHighly recommend this place!!!!!

Ordered asada fries & as I bit into a fork full I instantly spit it out and gagged something in that bite was AWFUL it smelled like dog shit NEVER again will I go back & to add the cook was handling the salad with his bare hands & was touching appliances & utensils smh

Nope , it was a homeless center for Oildale , I guess these people dont go outside , and clear the human trash out , could not even leave the parking lot with one side completely blocked for exit , what a c**p hole , the asada taco's i ordered for just , fair , damp with juice from the lousy green sauce they DUMPED over it , it killed the tasteless dry meat with a 1/4 pound of lettuce coveing the tale meat , so , never again , will I ever step or attemp to walk around inside or out of this DUMP !

Tonight I went to Tom's Burger and I ordered a big meal. I wanted a steak dinner. No steaks were available. I wanted a fajitas dinner not available. My partner ordered a shrimp dinner. They had it. I finally got down to the order and I ordered eight ordered that Carne Asada dinner that came with a salad and I ordered on the side after almost $50 I spent, the clerk at the front desk said I can't get $.75 mind you I go there and my partner go there 2 to 3 times a week. The cook knows who I am and says how to meet tab and they're always wanted to charge I think I deserve at least $.75 after about $1000 I spent and this last six months And those girls are rude as can be the food is good prices are decent but they gotta be trained on deal with customer service, rude, rude, rude, rude and then the customer after me she comped a prize she gave some french fries so friendly Ohio you did shouldn't everybody be treated like that and then maybe you have better custom but you get more business, but they don't understand that they think that they were that they were working for you're working for me because I can either go to fabulous burgers or or Zoro burgers up at the top but I like your guises food and I go there, but I don't appreciate bad customer service and I think after $1000 I spent this six months I think if the cook recognize me what can I be comped a $.75 Coca-Cola refill? I don't understand that's bad customer service and then those girls don't even give us. I have to ask for a smile or or do I have to be somebody that they know for them to smile none of them smile tell me thank you none of them especially skinny with the blue hair. She's horrible. She says I don't like talking to nobody like that. I said well maybe you need to be another line of customer service, I just thought to let you know that my name is Salvador Cardona if you wanna give text back I would appreciate if you call me back so I can let you know what is what else is going on there? after today, I am very upset and I've decided never to go back there. I would be going to sorrows burger or fabulous burger where there's no issues about the drinks. They have the drinks out there so goodbye bad customer service

Mediocre. Onion Rings were so so. Pastrami was very dry and had horseradish on it. Not everyone likes horseradish, au jus would have been much better. Burger was meh, same as other places. Not sure if coming back. Overall, very disappointed.

Im a 55 year old woman, normally I go to Tom's 2-3 times a week. I just got home . The manager or owner needs to read this. I go up to the menu and I always order the same thing , it's my comfort food. A girl who helped me needs an attitude adjustment. I order the GRILLED CHEESE SANDWHICH COMBO, and she kept saying it back but a GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO, I'm sick right now either this girl needs to get her ears cleaned , I got frustrated. I don't know how she gets chicken instead of cheese. With NO ATTITUDE , I'm sorry I said cheese, and she says why couldn't you say it over the intercom She kept rolling her eyes at me. She needs to learn not to ignorant and start being professional . I like Tom's but this kind of got me angry.

Their breakfast is nasty. We had scrambled eggs and bacon and hashbrowns. The only thing that was edible was the toast. The food all looked and tasted like it had been precooked and cooked again. Definitely not recommended.
