food: authentic, portions were average meant for one, two plates will likely be filling, lots of Korean alcohol to pick from, plenty of vegetarian options, prices are for each plate around 10-$20, lots of veggies, served hot and freshservice: the staff were casual, sort of welcoming energy, quick and no complaintsenvironment: it captures the culture of Korea, paintings and many plants in a peaceful atmosphere, a bit run down and more of a place to eat with friends or alone as it's small, overall authentic place and food

Stopped by for lunch on way back from Bishop to Bay Area. I got the galbi soondofu combo with upgrade for brown rice, which really hit the spot. Portion sizes were moderate (enough to get me full) and the banchan was pretty good (I particularly enjoyed the kimchi). The galbi had good flavor and was nice and moist. The soft tofu soup was a good flavor combination with the galbi -- it was nice to alternate bites of meat, rice with banchan, and soup. Service was pretty quick.

Food and service was fantastic! My partner and I stopped here for dinner on our way to LA and was so happy to be served with such welcoming, attentive, cheery service. I find it's rare these days. We got the soon tofu combo with bulgogi and spicy chicken bibimbap. Both were so delicious! Bulgogi wasn't too sweet. Bibimbap was fresh and flavorful.

This place is great. It's a small quiet place with very welcoming employees. They have a huge selection of dishes available and they are more than happy to recommend their most popular dishes. We knew we wanted to try some type of tofu aside from our Korean bbq dishes. We went with the orange tofu, which is tofu with their orange sauce. The orange sauce is really tasteful, however, the dish was very underwhelming. Very bland so I wouldn't really recommend it. But the chicken and beef bulgogi we ordered were both absolutely delicious. I would recommend this place if you want Korean bbq but don't want to do the cooking. The food is absolutely delicious, the environment is chill and welcoming and the staff is super friendly and very attentive.

I come here quite often, maybe at least once a week. The food is so healthy and fresh and delicious. Korean food is very good for gut health, and I feel full and satisfied after eating a meal from here. I have tried many items on the menu, but some of my usuals are the mushroom or veggie and tofu lunch plate and the kimchi stew. This restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. The side dishes, or banchan, are made in house and you can even purchase containers on the banchan to take home. I will continue to come here once a week for the best comfort meals.

When this place initially opened, it used to good, but I was disappointed when I came back. I ordered the spicy pork bibimbap and my wife ordered the bulgogi bibimbap and we shared the garlic tofu as an appetizer. The garlic tofu was delicious and my wife's bibimbap was good, but not great, which is why this is getting a 3 star review. My spicy pork was very bland. It wasn't spicy at all and there wasn't really any flavor to it. The white rice was also bland, but the veggies and fried egg was ok. My wife's brown rice and bulgogi had good flavor, so I would recommend going that route if you want bibimbap. The service was very good though. The staff was nice and friendly. They were attentive and got the food out quickly, which I appreciated. The floor was a little sticky, but otherwise it was clean and pretty nice there.

First time here!! We always pass by this place whenever we're in the area but we just haven't had the chance. We decided to try it now and it was super delicious! So yummy! We ordered the kimchi jiggae, vegetable bibimbap, and the spicy pork korean bbq. Everything tasted so good and we definitely want to come back to try other dishes :)

My husband and I randomly found this place on Yelp. On our way to LA from Fresno, we always stop and charge our EV in Bakersfield. This place had good reviews and was right down the street from the EV station. Most of the tables were filled when we got there. We took that as a good sign. We ordered the Galbi plate. The meat with so tender! We loved all the banchan too! It was so flavorful. It came with a side of perfectly cooked steamed rice. We also ordered the garlic chicken wings which were drenched in sauce. They were so yummy! They came out piping hot and also very flavorful. We will most definitely stop by again on our next pit stop.
