I made a LARGE purchase of everything I needed to update my bike. Sales lady was friendly & accommodating. I had called for a seat adjustment but they were super busy that day so I did not go in. The person who answered said I would probably have to wait. Returning a different day, & numerous times since, exceptional service & selection. I had to go back twice for help changing my seat. That was due to my lack of knowledge & skill. I should have just brought my bike & let them do it, initially. Every time I returned, same helpfulness. Had them put on & adjust the seat for me. The guy was straight forward, knowledgeable & efficient. No complaints on installing a special seat that I obviously bought from them. The sales lady did me a special favor. She thanked me for working on base. This place is stocked with almost everything. Was given good advice on what not to buy in a seat online. I bought the seat, lights, water bottle, etc., etc., etc from them. I believe in supporting small businesses & this is exactly the small business you want to support. They truly provide a service in the community.

I'm new to cycling, and I came here to pick up some tire tools after getting stranded the day before in the middle of my ride. They had everything I needed and were very helpful. I appreciated that they kept me from buying things I didn't need as well. No pretentiousness just helpful friendly service. I will definitely be back.

I have been blessed with another great experience with TJ Frisbees. I have been utilizing their fantastic service department for my tubeless tires when I do get flats that my sealant wont plug. I will be purchasing two more bikes from them for my sons.

Bought a 2018 mountain bike. Told them my requirements. Mr. Farris went over the bikes in detail. He presented 3 bikes in my range. Thank you, for your assistance. Two seperate occassions, truly great service.

15 years ago, my boyfriend, who is from Ridgecrest, used to race professionally. Frisbee's was his go-to bike store. He spent everyday of his teenage years in this store. I have been hearing about this place (and Tom Frisbee) since our first date 4 years ago! There is no other store or person he trusts for his bicycle needs. Although we now live in Long Beach, my boyfriend is willing to drive over two hours just to support this store. He WILL NOT go anywhere else. He always says this store is the best in the world for biking service and equipment. Tom Frisbee knows his stuff and has been doing this forever. I don't know anything about bikes, but my boyfriend says this place deserves 6 stars :) Friendly staff and fair prices! I like how they encourage family and community biking events.

Frisbee's Bike Shop is one of the best bike outfits I've ever been to. I have never felt like I wasn't the most important customer in the world.

Best bike shop overall I have ever been to. Good, fast service, not too expensive on labor, but new parts are as high as anywhere else. Very friendly and honest. I will never take my bike anywhere else.

Today was the second time I strolled into the store. First time a few months ago I couldn't get helped, so I just left, but this time I was immediately greeted. My bike was on its way to getting repaired finally. Will review again once I pick up the bike tomorrow on the quality of the work. So far, they have been very friendly and helpful.

Great!! bike store, has a large selection of affordable bikes all the way to very nice expensive ones. They have lots of bike parts and accessories, theres a garage in back where they can fix, tune, or add parts to your bike if you wouldnt like to do it yourself. Overall a great store for Ridgecrest.
