This was our first oil change on a new car. We were immediately greeted and dropped our car off for the first oil change which was compliments of the dealership. Our car was ready before the expected time. Everything was clean and done properly and we were treated nicely. We would return.

On 7/16/24 at around 1pm Three Way began a simple change using a "faulty gasket" on the new oil filter. While driving home on Hwy 58 I had to pull over because white smoke was coming from the engine and tail pipe. A tiny drop of oil registered on the dip stick. (See attached) I called 3 way service who told me to get the vehicle towed back to 3way. I had to ARGUE with the service manager to get 3way to tow the vehicle. I got my car back on 7/19.

I came in to this establishment looking for a new vehicle. My husband and I talked to Alex, who was very nice and was ready to help us shop. We explained that we were looking for a 2024 Chevy Travese. We were told they where selling like hot cakes and would probably have to order one. We told them we really wanted to see it in person before ordering so they promised to call as soon as they had one on the lot. When we received the call, we decided on a date to come check it out. Alex wasn't able to help us on that particular date and had us work with his very good friend Manny. We loved the car so we walked in to talk numbers. We specifically stated several times that we knew we had great credit and wanted to run numbers with out any personal information. Manny said he totally understood and provided us with the numbers. My husband and I were shocked with the final price and we wanted to negotiate, when my husband stepped out to make a phone call manny insisted I provide my social just to write it down, he promised nothing would be ran without my consent. I provided him with my social and he did in fact ran my social with out my consent! I found out when I received a notification from Credit Karma. When my husband texted Manny to see if he had ran my credit he got no response. Why run my credit without my consent? Why pretend that you didn't run anything and proceed to hit me with the highest possible payments assuming I had bad credit after running it and knowing it was in the 800's? Nothing but a bunch of liars and cheats trying to take advantage of people!

2025 is a new year and it appears Three-Way Chevrolet has a new service department. OK, maybe not new, but definitely a better and much improved service department from the last time I needed work done. Check in process was quick and my service advisor, Jaime Rubacalva, was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. Jaime kept me advised on the progress of the work and the work was completed surprisingly fast. Days instead of weeks! Stopped by to pick the car up today and Jaime had everything ready to go! Based on this most recent experience, I will most certainly use Three-Way Chevrolet Service again and I'll look specifically for Jaime.On prior occasions, I have not hesitated to point out some of the problems and reported them on Yelp. Only fitting to do the same when the service meets or exceeds my expectations!Bravo Zulu Jaime!

Honestly I'm pretty disappointed and upset. Was looking at buying a truck. My salesman Bert made me a formal offer on the car and I agreed and we started talking about financing. The next day they told me the computer made a mistake and they needed to tack on an extra $6,000. I told the manager Jordy what happened and he told me he would make sure I'm happy especially since the company I work for does so much business with them. What they ended up offering me was $2,000 under MSRP.... So still $4,000 over what they originally offered me on paper. They told me there are no incentives and almost no room for them to make money even though it's a 2024... what a load of crap. We sell vehicles here at my work and we honor any offer we make, but on top of not honoring their offer. They didn't even try and get close. I'm upset, disappointed, and mad. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know based on how they do business. Update - I had forgot to mention that the dealership where the truck was supposedTo be transferred from said they would honor the offer that Three way gave me (who they wouldn't honor themselves), the other dealership quickly changed their mind after Three way gave them a phone call which insured I would not be able to get my truck or offer at all.... (Vehicle dealerships will call each other to cancel deals to make themselves look better) and will do this for one another. So they wouldn't help me and then they wouldn't let other dealers help me!... "thanks 3 way Chevy!"

If you are shopping for a new Chevrolet, go outside of Bakersfield. One of the worst dealer experiences from searching, to financing to service.Was wanting to purchase a new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, they didn't have the one in stock I was looking for, so was a hassle trying to locate another one at another dealership (should have taken that as a sign and just drove to that dealership and bought it there) after 3 days they still couldn't figure out how to get it transferred, after 4 days they all of sudden got one in that supposedly had all the same options, it ended up not. I ultimately opted to purchase the truck, spent 3 more hours at the dealership after spending several hours originally on Saturday and then a large amount of time over the next 6 days.When I got to finance the misery and BS continued, they CHANGED the interest rate we had been discussing and had been listed on all the paperwork I had been given, they gave multiple excuses for it but ultimately BS especially with an 835 credit score. Didn't leave with the vehicle that night because it had some issues that needed to be fixed (clips that hold the trim to the body), so the truck had to be transferred to service, our salesman said service would then handle it.Next day I received a text from the service department saying "This is Juanita, I am your service advisor, text me with any questions." I text that morning and asked when my truck would ready, with no response, text 2 more times throughout the day, still with no response. Called the next morning and left a message, still no response, my wife called and left a message with no response. Finally called again in the afternoon and asked to speak to a manager, instead Juanita finally answered. She said the vehicle was ready, I asked her if it was washed and ready to go and she said that is not the service centers job, that is the sales department's responsibility and she would reach out to them.Finally at 5 pm they notified my wife it was ready to pick up, when she got there it still had not been cleaned or filled with gas, so again we waited. Got home the truck home and the next day we realized they never gave us the paperwork or manual for the truck, SO have to go back again to the dealership.I bought a new 2024 Jaguar F-Pace and 2024 Toyota 4Runner and NEVER had such incompetent and BS as this dealership. If you are looking for a Chevrolet or Cadillac, go out of town, others be prepared for the BS and a horrible buying experience.
