I have bought three brand new trucks from THREE WAY CHEVROLET. I love the trucks. I've always had a great experience with sales, parts and service. I bought a new truck in April 2017. I've had in for service several times over the last year and a half. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is not what it use to be. One occasion they gave me another persons truck. One time they rotated the tires and didn't reset the tire pressure sensors. Another occasion they left off several lugs on a rear wheel. I've taken it in three times to deal with a POPPING NOISE in the front suspension. Each time they said it wasn't anything they could fix. Last week It was repaired at GMC MOTOR CITY. They diagnosed and repaired the problem. Buy from MOTOR CITY or get your Chevrolet serviced at RICHLAND CHEVY in Shafter.

I went for the first time and customer service is bad as soon as you walk in no one greets you they look at you and look away... then finally one guy greets me by the name of Ronald he made me change my mind about the whole experience there. He was very attentive, understanding and knows what he's talking about. He did what he could to see a customer happy and I really appreciated that. I never got a survey in my email but I would of given him a 10 hands down. So you if you go to get your car serviced make sure you talk to Ronald !!

Service department sucks! Especially Yesenia, snotty attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor to wait on me. I had an exrended warranty repair and she said it wasn't covered. I called the company and they said it was the dealership needed to call instead of going thru the computer. I called and told her what they said. Did she call them? Nope. Went to Richland Chevrolet and they had it done within the hour. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THREE WAY AGAIN!

They dont answer the phone most of the times I call. When they do they are always short staffed and they cant get repairs done in a decent amount of time. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I bought a Silverado 3500 dually and it was supposed to come with free tire rotations and this place wont even touch the tires on my truck. I will be going somewhere else.

I wish I could give less than one star for the Service Department. They are rude and ignore customers. I went in for a simple oil change and waited for two hours. When asked how much longer I was told 15 minutes. Here I sit 30 minutes after that 15 minute promise with no car. You can now make an appointment for service if you can get them to answer the phone.
