Three Rivers Historical Museum

On the way to sequoia national park and noticed this museum. There's also a public restroom and Sequoia shuttle stop here. There are so many historical equipments and vehicles to see. Too bad it was too hot to hangout outside. I only quickly took these photos and ran back to our car.

We stopped by at this museum a few days ago on our way to see the sequoia nation park for the first time. This place is awesome and very unique with a lot of great pieces of history. The older guy working here was very friendly and walked us thru the entire museum and told us about the history of the items which was fascinating. I can't believe I am the 2nd person to write a review for this place. Everyone who visits the sequoia national park should really set some time to visit and check it out.

The lady at the desk was welcoming and kind! It's not that big but interesting. There's public bathrooms.

If you like and enjoy history this a must stop for you on your trip / vacation here in three rivers Whether going to the national parks or leaving parks I have seen they adding stuff outside it's nice small towns or cities like this make it a priority to have museums big , small or medium size !

Let me start the review by saying I love small local museums. This one didn't disappoint me. People working were very friendly and can provide a local perspective on the area. Well worth the stop!

Please make a point to stop here. The lovely lady who runs the museum was so very interesting. She talked to us for a good while and gave us such a personal view of the history of the area. That alone was worth the stop. They are expanding the museum which is such a good idea. It is small and There is so much to display. Be sure to give this quaint museum some time. It will expand your appreciation for this beautiful community.
