30 minutes - you can't spend 30 minutes versus an hour of useless gym time....I'm calling BS!This is the program that is worth your time and you get what you put into it. John is a hell of a motivator and the class is structured for success. If you fail I determined it wasn't the workout it was my diet and cheat days."You reap what you sow' Pull the trigger and commit to a great 30 minute workout or not!Is your health worth a fun environment with structure......I think so - just saying!

I did the Thompson fitness 6 week challenge, and man, that was seriously the funnest! The goal is to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks! The atmosphere is great and the people are so nice! They all have the same goal so making friends/ work out partners is easy. John Thompson gets to know each and every one of the challengers. He holds you accountable and pushes you to reach beyond the goal. Super nice dude!!The tabata work outs may seem intimidating, but they're actually really fun! I would catch myself getting excited for workouts, which was HUGE for me.You're expected to make a lifestyle change and John helps you every step of the way. He gives you a meal plan to follow and at first it's hard but you start to feel great after a week! If you're planning on starting the 6 week challenge, I wish you the best of luck! I know I'll be back!

I am so sore I can barely hold my arms up to write this review. Workouts here are intense and in circuit form and change daily. They had an awesome groupon deal, which I bought at a great price for 6 weeks of bootcamp. So far, I am pleased with the program and displeased with myself and lack of ability. Hope that last thought changes eventually. Things I love:-workouts are only 30 min-there are numerous workout times throughout the day that you can attend-no child care, but you can basically watch your children while you workout-music is loud and pumps you up-there is a trainer to correct your moves if need be-people there are of all abilities so no need to worry if you are not in shape-workouts are tough and leave you exhausted, but they are also over before you know it!

Started at Thomson's with their six week Groupon special and it has been the best thing I have ever done for my personal fitness.First of all, they have classes early morning, mid morning and a bunch in the evening. Secondly, the workouts are super intense and only 30min.Lastly, the exercises are tailored to any fitness level.Thompson's is a really nice facility, and they have a lot of high quality equipment that is used for their group exercise classes.I love the staff at Thomson's and I look forward to my workouts each day. Also, its not a bunch of people that are already in shape, but all types of different body shapes and different fitness levels just trying to be healthy.I HIGHLY recommend this place!PS - Thompson's is not cheap, if you want cheap, go to a crappy gym. You get what you pay for, and fitness is not really where you want to cut corners.

Late June 2014 I started with Thompson's 6 week 20lb challenge. Signed up for the next 6 week challenge. Lost a total 30lbs and haven't looked back. I'm a regular now, hoping to lose additional 15 to reach my goal weight. Love the trainers. 30 minute HIT workout fits my busy schedule. Love the absence of silly gym antics from over-pumped idiots. Love that I'm not being judged by those more fit than I.

I did the Thompson Fitness 6-week 20lb Challenge and I am happy to say I lost 22.8lbs. in 6 weeks!!! This program is awesome!! I worked out mainly in the morning class with Corey, and he is great! High energy, helpful and very motivating!! This program is tough, but totally worth it!!
