The Space Yoga Studio

Great people, great vibe. I went to the Hot Yoga Sculpt class on Sunday and while it isn't a typical yoga flow class, it still had the focus on body awareness and intention that is one of the reasons I love yoga... and also frankly why I find it so hard. You can't cheat! Also, the energy and love radiating from Kristen is felt by all. For the amount of skill Kristen has, she is not pretentious in her practice, instead making yoga accessible to all. She paid attention and gave loving reminders and reassurance to everyone in the class, while also making us work! Loved it!

Looks like an abandoned shop. In todays world you never know what businesses survived the pandemic, so I depend on signage and storefront appearance. I was nervous to enter as all the lights are off and there is zero signage about hours or contact information. No thank you

After driving to Visalia to visit family I decided I needed to stretch and relax my muscles a bit. The front area of the studio is a small boutique with lovely items like: clothing, soaps, jewelry, candles,etc.I took the Restorative Zen with Jen class with a drop in rate of $15.She was very good at guiding the small class through poses and setting a tone that was peaceful and calm. She did adjustments that helped me get deeper into some moves. I left feeling more composed and loosened up than when I had arrived. Two things that made it a bit of a challenge to totally be immersed in the class were: 1- The chime for the front door went off each time it opened and closed which seemed hard to do because many clients had to slam the door shut. 2. I could hear the instructor from the class next door which was a distraction.Overall, I will be back whenever I am in town because we all can use some tranquility in our lives.

The Space is an amazing place to practice. The owner Kristen is so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. This reflects in all the teachers at The Space. Classes are easy to sign up for through the MindBody app. The Space is one of my favorite places to be!

I feel very at home at The Space. Kristen and all the other instructors are very warm and inviting. The classes are always awesome, fun and give me just what I was looking for, be it a butt kicking workout or restorative peace, I always feel better mentally, physically and emotionally when I leave :)

I am a huge fan of The Space Yoga and can't wait to come back to Visalia to join again. This place is so relaxing, helpful, and really works you out! I am so happy this studio exists in Visalia. All the ladies here are so nice, and I have lived in Chicago and the Bay Area and the service and yoga practice here is on par with the big cities with even better prices! I did the 4 weeks unlimited and it was a wonderful way to test out the space. I highly recommend doing that then picking a package that works for you. Kristen, the owner, is so approachable and so helpful. I hope my job offer works out in Visalia because I can't wait to come back!

I love the Space and it became my new home when I moved to town. They have: 1: Awesome teachers. 2: Great community. 3: A mix of classes types to fit all my needs, energy and schedule.

(Be warned if you don't cancel within 5 hours of class your payment is taken and you won't get it back.) Christine is self absorbed business women. Their are great teachers their in the studio so I'm not giving this review to all the teachers. If you are a community leader and teacher if you have not payed for Christine's 200 yoga teacher training class your teachings of self evolution are valueless to her. Tread carefully is like being in high school with the preps.

Nice vibe, peaceful, great teachers. I've been to different classes here-hot yoga, warm yoga, vinyasa, full moon. They are all wonderful

It was a great space, the website was challenging but Kristen was helpful in that area.
