The Salvation Army store that supposably closes at 7:40 pm
Store hours posted in the window
This is the Day time stamp from my phone so they couldn't say different

Donate your used items to them. They sell them and use the money to help get local men off drugs and alcohol. What a great organization. Their store is always clean and organized. Go shop there.

I usually am a satisfied customer but the continuous issue with this store closing early is ridiculous if i rush across town to get there at 7:40 i should be able to go right in but nope it wasn't even 8pm and the door was already locked The employee sees me outside and just stands there looking thru me as if im not even there Salvation army why cant your store employees Honor store hours displayed in window and this wasn't the first time I've actually been in the store and have seen people knocking to come in and door was locked ( Before 8pm) and employees are just standing by door yelling were closed but they were not because i was in there shopping i just dont see it as right salvation army pays employees to work the hours posted in window not to decide to steal company time.

I USED TO LOVE shopping at Salvation Army But recently my experience has been terrible because Norma one of the workers she saves the clothing for the resellers & she charges super expensive she acts like the clothing is hers. If on the signs it says one price why charger another ? That's why I stopped going but I recommend the other salvation army's:)

Very disappointed with a recent purchase of a queen size mattres at the Ming Ave location. I paid around 100$ fora broken mattress. Not visible to the naked eye but once you lay on it there's no dought that it's broken on the inside. I called back about a week later to see What could they do for me but got the run around. I ask to speak with the store manager which told me without a receipt (threw it away in good faith and trust to the salvation army) said theirs nothing they can do about it. The labels are still on the mattress but he muffled, "I am sure they are" as if I were lieing. I was hoping to hear bring it back and we can exchange it. Unfortunately I am stuck with a 100$ broken mattress. So disappointed in they're lack of customer support. I shop there all the time and pay the overpriced items because I know its going to a good cause but common check your inventory before you put it out on the floor. How was I supposed to check the mattress when theirs no room in the store to lay it flat and lye on it? Just wrong if you ask me. So make sure you check your items before you purchase them. Usually they mark it on the tag but not this time. Ps reason I say I paid 100$ is because I received a military discount.
