Set up an appointment after contacting them. Failed to make that. Had to call them to find out why. Poor excuse and didn't contact us to reschedule. We had to do that. Then showed up late. Open door to find some guy on his phone. Had to ask him what I can do for him. Didn't immediately introduce himself. Very unprofessional. Then we called back to make decisions on going forward he was under the weather and would call us back. That was 18 days ago. Obviously business is good for them and they don't need my business.

I can't believe I didn't post a review before now. Paul remodeled our kitchen last Summer. We absolutely love it! He was so easy to work with. I always knew when workers would be there and when they wouldn't. Communication was the best! I would not hesitate to hire Paul again.
