My dad is in the assisted memory care unit and they take such good care of him. Even the nurses from Hoffman Hospice tell me they love going to this place because it is so clean and everyone is so well taken care of. Thank you for all that you do for my loved one. This place is beautiful and at sunset it lights up and looks so majestic. The inside is decorated beautifully and the common area for the residents is so homey and cozy. Just a beautiful place from the inside out.

Our experience with placing our loved one at The Pointe at Summit Hills has been the best from the very beginning. Miss Bridget H. was amazing, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She didn't make my loved one feel like another residence but instead made us all feel like family. We have nothing but great things to say about this location and their staff. From the friendly faces to the food options everything is excellent.

We have had a family member at the Pointe are Summit Hills since last summer. While it is difficult for anyone to move into an assisted living, the transition for our loved one was made as smooth as possible. The staff are all well trained and helpful. The food is quite good, and the kitchen is accommodating with special requests. The facility is clean and the rooms have adequate space. Most importantly, we have been impressed with the involvement between staff and the residents. We had a medical emergency, and I know for a fact that due to the quick action of the staff, our family member received the care she needed and has been making a remarkable recovery. I am a healthcare provider in the community, and am continually impressed with this facility.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile.I just can't say enough nice things about our experience at The Pointe. When my mom was a resident there, from the time we checked her in we were all treated like family. She loved the extra attention and assistance she received. We loved that she loved it and was made to feel special! The staff of nurses are the sweetest, most hardworking, and caring we've experienced. They made a genuine effort to learn all our names, and when we weren't there they always asked about us, understanding that she enjoyed talking about her kids and grandkids. She loved the dining room. It is set up as a nice and comfortable restaurant. She was always seated where and how she liked, which was by the window looking out. They would immediately come to take her order, always remembering her special preferences. I dined with her several days a week and the food and personal attention is a 10! When my aunt, uncle and several other family members would come to visit we would, with appropriate notice to the staff, be set up in the private dining room and be treated to a wonderful, stress free lunch or dinner.A couple of times the hairdresser was rather late for the specified time, which created a problem for other activities, and a comment to management corrected that immediately without any further delays, issues or unpleasantness. The activities director is a dream, always encouraging participation, creating a festive atmosphere that was also very nice for us.I miss my mom so much but feel so blessed that in her final days she was treated with such care, dignity, compassion and we were all treated like family. That was a blessing and comfort to her also. She needed to know that we were also cared for. Thank you to everyone at The Pointe for your love and compassion.

My mom spent two weeks living at the Pointe. Her first week in the assisted living and the second in memory care. I got a good look at both facilities. The appearance inside and out is really nice. I spoke to several residents in the assisted living from younger to old. I dealt with staff in all phases from cleaning to the owner. With this I feel I can give an accurate review. For the most part staff is professional and has a willingness to help. I find that staff working the assisted living side is more helpful. The Pointe lacks a proper front desk and many times calls go straight to voice mail without a call back. After hours unless you ask for a number your not provided one. Food is average with small portions and they offer family the option to dine with their loved ones but at a cost and is high. $12 lunch is ridiculous for what you get. In memory care some staff are unfriendly and act as if they are inconvenienced if you ask questions. My mother while I was visiting was given dinner that was ice cold! I believe if I wasn't present to ask for it to be heated it wouldn't have been. The memory care has approximately 10 residents and holds 25. The ratio is good between staff and residents but I saw residents not get the care or attention they needed . I give 3 stars for its misleading appearance and 2 stars for care.
