The Morning Griddle Cafe

The gentleman who waited on us was efficient, kind, looked us in the eyes, and concerned about our comforts. The food was delicious and very filling. The patrons at surrounding tables were jovial and also enjoying. A great experience. The restroom was clean and equipped. The dining area roomy and bright.

Let's start with I went because there were such high reviews for this spot. It's a cute little cafe in the middle of no where. I believe an auto shop is in same shopping center which if I'm honest others me. I never like a food place in same shopping center with large auto shops especially when the center is on the smaller side. (Just my personal tick) I found the food to be average at best I ordered chicken fried steak with eggs and hash-browns. They got the hash browns extra crispy on the 2nd try like I like ! I personally don't know why anyone would want a soggy potato for breakfast but to each their own. But I was highly disappointed in the chicken fried steak (and anyone who knows me knows I love me some chicken fried steaks.) I must say it was a first for me to have gravy with bacon bits in it. And when I say bacon bits I mean those like out the bottle for salads. And I'm not really into gravy slopped on and my meat drowning in it. Now will I ever return. Absolutely they seem like a small family owed spot trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents so I'll do my part to help. They were very friendly and offered to fix anything we didn't care for so the service is there. I'd just stick to traditional foods like bacon sandwiches eggs or maybe some pancakes more simple type short orders

This family owned restaurant is good. The service and food is great. Their buscuit and gravy are the BEST I've ever had from a restaurant. Their Menudo is so full of flavor and all the meats.

Service was great, food was yummy, and the overall area was clean and welcoming. Order the cinnamon French toast, they are delicious! The burgers are great too!

Do not pass up the opportunity to eat here! This place is warm & cozy, exemplifies the home style feel, taste, and quality in their food. The chef makes each plate with a lot of care and cooks with quality ingredients! The waitress was super nice & accommodating when I misspoke & ordered the wrong item, they switched it for me with no complaints. I even got to try some of their crepes for free thanks to the awesome manager who gave us some to try! The Mexican food! Omg! It was delicious, like home made Mexican food is supposed to taste! The mole was amazing! Only cause it's a drive from my house will I not visit often but if they're on grubhub or DoorDash, I'm definitely going to only order from them for breakfast

My go to place for breakfast/brunch! The food is always good, I don't stray away from my usual order items but everything has been good so far! If on the go, I get the all meats breakfast burrito with either style potato (both are great). If I have time to sit down, I order an off menu item of chilaquiles de mole (chilaquiles verde are fire too though) with a side of meat (eggs are included). Great atmosphere, very welcoming staff, owner is down to earth and friendly!

The food was phenomenal. The staff were super sweet. I can't wait to go back again. The little cows everywhere was adorable around the restaurant.

Holy moly! I am beyond appreciative to have found this place! They have amazing food, amazing service and the owner Gregorio, is so down to earth! This is our go-to when we want to eat out, my favorite thing to order is his off menu item, the chilaquiles de mole. I also have ordered the burrito, the omelette and crepes to end the meal with something sweet! I have brought friends to this place for birthdays and to meet up and catch up. I will continue to do this, recommend this place to anyone that asks for a great place to eat. A huge shoutout to the morning griddle for being authentic with their food and authentic in their personality.

My husband and I came in January for our first time and it was amazing. Great customer service and the food was delicious. We are here again eating. Will definitely come back again
