I do not recommend booking this venue with the owner, Balbir Manik, "Bob." My family hosted a quinceañera on 10/5/24 and Balbir won't give my family their $800 deposit back. When my family texted asking him for the deposit at first he said we had damaged things, then he said he would call the police, and then he said we had too many people at the party. He was just looking for any excuse he could find to not give us our money back. He also texted my family saying we harassed him and that he would get lawyers and send us a cease and desist letter. He also got upset because my family left honest reviews about his venue. If you google his name you will see he is already being sued for fraud and if you read previous reviews you will see he has a horrible track record of cheating previous clients. My family also paid $9000 to rent his venue from 4pm-2am and at 11:00 pm he called the police attempting to shut down our party. He also instructed his security guard to not allow people inside so a lot of our guests were turned away at the gate. The police came and agreed with my family that we had not done anything wrong. He is replying in his reviews that my family pushed his security guard, LOL, which makes no sense since the police were there and didn't arrest anybody and the security guard didn't say anything to the police. He is also replying that minors were drunk at the party, which if that were true then his bartender should be arrested since she was the one serving alcohol. He also said we had 600 guests which is not true since his security guard has shut the gates for a long time and a lot of people had left in that time. I think Balbir is just saying whatever lies he can since he looks really bad right now I have attached text messages between my family and Balbir, his messages are the grey ones. You can see how unprofessional he is and thinks he can intimidate us by threatening legal action, which he already attempted by calling the cops and failed. We are not scared of any legal action, he should be since he broke the contract and is already being sued in court by someone else for FRAUD!

Good luck getting in touch with this man. I booked an event with "Bob" the owner of this establishment. THREE days before my daughter's 15 he tried to breach the contract and offered $3000 to move my event to another location because another person wanted our spot. When we asked him to let us rehearse he agreed to meet us there and NEVER showed up to open. He let us in until 4:00pm the day of our event to install ourselves, something that is time consuming.He was unreliable, lack of communication and unprofessional, to say the least. after tears and anger over this situation we stayed with our spot.The contract is sketchy same as his website.

Best experience ever and you get lot for your buck. Best location with lots of improvements being made getting better everyday

This place is so beautiful! We had my daughter's quince here on Oct. 19th and everything went amazing. Jessica and her staff were so professional very attentive to my guest, thank you to Lorena for the food it was amazingly good my guest loved the Birria and the chicken Alfredo!! It was all gone . Thank you to the owner who did such an amazing job in all the upgrades to the venue, that being said I do recommend this place for your next event, just have patience with the owner Balbir he is a very busy person but he gave me everything we asked for. my daughter was so happy.

La peor experiencia Tengan cuidado con el Dueño de este lugar es un mentiroso al principio todo suena muy bonito y promete cosas que cuando se llega la fecha del evento no cumpliraMi familia tuvo una fiesta aquí y nunca quiso regresar el deposito de $900 al principio dijo que porque le dañamos cosas que nunca pudo probar después dijo que porque metimos mucha gente cuando el mismo dueño le dijo a mi familia que no importa la gente que metas que el iba a proporcionar mesas y cillas para 300 personas pero que si podíamos meter mas gente nadamas que para ellos ya no habría cillas amenos que le pagáramos $5 por cilla extra y después uso eso como pretexto para no dar el depósito pónganse listos porque usara cualquier pretexto para no regresar el depósito lean todos los reviews primero y ahórrense un dolor de cabeza

This place is amazing. The halls are huge and have good modern style for the BEST PRICE IN TOWN. Bob is so kind and helpful!

Worst experience ever! The bathrooms were flooded, the owner changes the prices every other day & threatens to cancel the event if he doesn't get the money he asked for after you already paid him for what he asked in the beginning, this whole experience was just a headache! Please save yourself the headache and trouble

Very bad experience the AC was not working even cooler was not working for water all our guests were complaining i don't want to book again the owner was rude
