Outside deep in the Antelope Valley off the 138/14. So cute!
waffles, food
The tips were very tasty but the grits were a bit too cheesy. Next time I will get with no cheese. Bread was yummy!
Spinach and artichoke dip. Super flavorful and pitas cooked just right to scoop up the dip.

First, I will start off saying that I was going to give 4, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. First, I had called days earlier about reservations and they said it wasn't really necessary for parties less than 5. Just make one if you're going on what would seem like a busy night. We went on a Friday night and waited for about an hour, there were a couple people that had arrived after us that had been seated before us, but they did seem to have several tables open around the same time, so no big deal, I suppose. It was busy, but the place had a good energy. I would say it was slightly crammed, but they did have a couple bigger parties too. Once we sat down it did take awhile to get our drinks, and even get our order taken. While I would normally be irritated by this, and I sort of was, we noticed that our server was also working the bar. I can't imagine that it's normally like this, as it's not ideal for the business or its patrons. However, I could be wrong. Once we did get our food, it was excellent. I had the ribeye and my date had the chicken Alfredo baked potato. We each had a couple drinks as well. I was expecting a much higher bill when the check came and was pleasantly surprised it was significantly lower than what I had anticipated for all we got at a nice establishment like this. Overall I would definitely recommend, as I stated at the beginning, I would, but couldn't give them 4 starts because the server/bar tender/all the other jobs I'm sure all these folks do, to keep us happy was busy. Because at the end of the day, she was very nice, and apologetic, and even the very tall gentleman, who I'd assume is the owner, if not manager at least, were all very nice, and welcoming, even when we were there for awhile after they had closed. They also provided a once for a great date that night.

The boyfriend and I went out on a lovely date here! Well kept restaurant, clean and friendly environment, more upscale with pricing but good food overall. Drinks were absolutely great as well! 4/5 because the mashed potatoes were watered down in flavor for me & I didn't enjoy them, the steak and Brussels sprouts however were great and would eat them again. Overall would look forward to coming back here, hopefully though the potatoes taste better

Great service food and atmosphere. Although it got crowded pretty quickly, our server was amazing. Providing us with suggestions and didn't shy away from our substitution requests. The food was delicious and even had some food leftover for later. Not our first time here and definitely not going to be our last. Whenever we have friends or family come to stay or visit, this is the first place we think of.

Best and juiciest burger I've had in years. Really nice restaurant nice inside decorated for Christmas hadn't tried this place as it was a bit of a drive but we were in the mood for something new and went for it and I'm so glad we did. Waitress was very nice. All the food is homemade burgers are made from prime beef. We had the Twinkies as an appetizer. It was pretty good, but the burger was the star.

Dandi, the co owner of Iron Cactus was our hostess and server. She was warm and welcoming. Very helpful in helping me decide what to have for lunch. The food was absolutely amazing. The portion sizes were generous. Can't wait to go back and have dessert too. Left happy and full.

It's fascinating how such a good restaurant is located so far away from town. I went here with some friends and I got myself a Tombstone Burger with the Soup of the Day, which was a clam chowder. The clam chowder wasn't that good and came with a pair of saltine crackers. The burger was excellent. It was big and juicy. It was so loaded that I started feeling full after just 3 bites. I have no complaints about the burger, it really hit the spot. I tried a piece of the dulce de leche cake and it was really good as well. Service was a bit slow, but it was also a busy weekend. It took a while for our food to come. Also just a heads up, there are no prices for the steak section of the menu, but it's around the neighborhood of $50.

This place is way out there in Lancaster. It's been on my list to try for some time. We arrived about 4:30 and the place only had about two tables full since it was so early. Ordered artichoke dip with pitas. Had a good flavor. I knew I wanted to try the Ribeye. It came with soup or salad, fries or for an up charge onion rings. Brussel sprouts and white bread with a honey butter. The bread was nothing special so save the calories. The ribeye was medium rare like I ordered. The onion rings, don't bother not worth the up charge. The Brussel sprouts were disgusting just frozen kind. My friend's grandma wanted the ravioli and they were out. So she got a burger, she said it was good. Also ordered was a filet, and pork chop. One of the sides my friend got was fried artichoke and that was good. We couldn't wait to get the s'more dessert. They no longer have it. We were all bummed. So we ordered the peanut butter pie. It was nothing special, took one bite and was done. They were out of big to go boxes. Seemed like a lot was out. Waitress was nice and place looked clean. Would I return? No I don't think I would. To many steakhouses around that are better.2/5/24
