The Hideout

my family and i went out and were having a blast until a situation occurred with another party (in which they were physical) we wanted to understand the situation and the security guard D immediately took their side, kicked us out, yelled at us and blamed us for the situation when we were just trying to understand why we were being thrown out and they weren't when they never got physical at all. another security guard came out to speak with us and listened and was going to let us inside but D kept interrupting, used racial slurs and yelling at our group. it's unfortunate because this was all of our first time there, most of my family was from out of town visiting and we had never had anything like this happen before.

This place changed and is now called the hideout. When I came on a dancing Friday night with my friends Christina was working the bar ALONE for a PACKED HOUSE! and she was AMAZING!!! GIVE HER A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!!

If the like Latin music with a lot of dancing come here. Gets packed so get here early Friday nights.

Its open for business but you wouldn't know unless you pulled on the door. There were no "just open" signs, no neon signs glowing in the window.The decor was a cleaned up Shamrocks the predecessor of this bar. First thing I noticed was all tall tables with bar stools around them. A big plus in my eyes. There are still two pool tables.The bar was cleaned up and a new 20 beer tap has been installed. They had several craft beers along with the major domestic beers. The had several TV's including a couple large projection ones.Nice watering hole to watch sports.

Love love that place. Call Mike for your party planning he will give you ideas and reserve a VIP table for you! They have a taco truck that comes and serves Tuesday and Fridays I believe. They have a bacon rapped hot dog guy that comes at 10. Totally a peaceful and fun atmosphere!

Visited this location with some friends Saturday night and felt a little judged and watched by some of the patrons. I know that the business cannot control that but it definitely didn't make us want to stay. The prices of their drinks was reasonable and they are not stingy when it comes to their pours. I am only giving 2 stars based on the fact that it just wasn't fun hanging out and drinking here. I may return in the future and give them another try but for now I would say this is just a place to grab a drink not a fun bar you can spend your night at.

Clean bar, open area, modern touch, very clean bar.. cool bartender! Shout out to the homie Jeff! Cool bartender with an awesome mustache, laid back chill. Cool place to kick it at. Good art work and comfy and a wide verity of drinks and liquor.

This bar is another generic Rosedale strip mall pub, but the atmosphere is fun and the bar tenders are very nice and that's 80% of it. They have a Dj that plays good tunes but it's kind of dead for a Friday night; it's really all about who you're with.

Was having a great time until staff interaction... My family was out having a great time dancing & enjoying the Dj until my sisters boyfriend took a seat near another party (we had a few sit at "our table" which we didn't mind so we found another area with empty chairs) a woman at this new table began nudging him and pretty much telling him that he needed to leave. She began getting physical and aggressive . As he stood up to move she began slamming her hands on the table and calling him/us names like she owned the table... Note: the Hideout does not have sections or the opportunity to purchase tables... it's a free for all. So we simply asked what this woman's problem was and why she was acting irrational over a chair that wasn't being occupied by anyone??. The security guard then asked US to leave and allowed her to stay...even after knowing that she put her hands on one of us. We exited. We tried to explain to him what happened while we were standing outside the door and he began calling for support on his walkie ...while using the "n" word.. (this security was NOT a person of color) when asked why he was using this language he proceeded to say he "had black family members" ...all in all very unprofessional & do not feel they handled this situation appropriately. There was another security guard that stated 'nobody owned the tables' and did feel that the other party should have been removed over us but at that point we left because we felt extremely uncomfortable. We had already been there 3 hours with no issues up until this moment. Another issue I had is that the bartenders keep your card when you leave an open tab.. this is my first time experiencing this and can find many potential issues with this happening. After looking at reviews they HAVE had experiences with handing off people the wrong cards and losing bank cards so I don't recommend doing this. CLOSE YOUR TAB!As mentioned this place has potential to be a great experience but needs better staff & customer service training. Keeping someone who is way too intoxicated --that was willing to put her hands on random people over guest that were smiling and dancing and having a good time doesn't make any sense and could have potentially caused issues for others as well. I do feel like we were stereotyped and treated poorly which is very unfortunate. If we were asked to leave the woman who put her hands on my sister's boyfriend should have been asked to leave immediately as well!

I have been here a lot. They have new employees every time I go in there. I have had my drink made right only by two bartenders there. ( The blonde and the one with tattoos). Pretty much order beer if those two aren't working.
