Super cool theater! Came here to watch Rocky Horror Picture Show and had such a fun time! There are workers at the door that will help you find your seat which is super helpful. As a plus size person, the seats are tight. They don't lift up when you stand, so you essentially have to straddle people to get to your seat. The seats in general are kind of small so it does get uncomfortable; by the end of the movie my butt was so sore. If you are a bigger person, I'd recommend sitting on the end. Also try to not to be late!! Because things are tight, it'll be a hassle getting to your seat. FYIs:- You buy your tix online and they can mail them, or you'll have to stand in the will call line- Street parking + a small parking lot the next block over- They sell concessionsReally good time, please support and check them out!

This is where I first saw Star Wars, Jaws, and Grease. I spent wonderful evenings with Bob Hope and Red Skelton laughing until I hurt. The silent movie evenings are amazing and now they have begun playing recent "classics".The interior is still beautiful and even refreshed. In my experience, the staff and owners have never been anything but respectful and professional. I love that I can take my grandson to the same beautiful theater that I grew up in.Keep up the great work!

I made the drive several years ago to see George Jones perform here. Outdoors was the requisite giant fiberglass KJUG 106.7 (Tulare) moonshine jug on a trailer. Indoors was another thing entirely. This old dame had just been completely restored to its original 1929 glory. The place was gilded to the hilt with celestial stars on a deep blue ceiling and gorgeous mission-style fixtures. Let me tell you what...these folks may work with livestock by day, but they really appreciate true beauty at night, even if they are in cowboy boots and hats. The entire experience was unforgettable! The folks were hospitable, without a hint of irony. Everyone reveled in hearing a living legend perform in this heavenly place.

Super cool venue, I like that they play older movies hear that you might not have ever gotten a chance to see on the big screen. Got a chance to watch Star Wars Episode 4 as part of a free comic book day event this year. Admittedly, it would be nice if they had musical performers here other than country singers. I don't really care for country music, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It would probably do their business good if they got some other styles of music to play here.

My favorite thing about this theater is that all seats are good seats. Very intimate setting. It felt like we were on stage with the performer. Overall great theater.

My absolute favorite part of Historic Hanford (and all the rest of it if I'm honest!). Beautiful architecture and the back stage and performers area are the most enchanting things! Not to mention the vintage movie posters up all over the place. I love the throwback movies! It's truly a wonderful place to visit.

I haven't been to the Fox theatre since I was in the 6th grade for a D.A.R.E. ceremony. Anyhow, it is very unfortunate that they only have country music artists play at the Fox theatre. There is never a mixture of any other musical act, nor an act that would attract any other race attend the theatre. Besides the comedian George Lopez doing his stand up there several years ago, just seems the owner prefers an all "white" crowd to attend the Fox theatre.

It was very busy the night we went. Marty Stuart was at the Fox. The food was very good. It took them about 45 minutes to serve us. They were very kind. The restaurant is not well organized. The tables need to be set up up to get the best flow. It was a little annoying. Also, there' is no alcohol served. I would go back but on a Wednesday or something. Someone said he thought there was just one person in the kitchen, another problem.
