Took my mom in a few weeks ago or so and she's been so happy since. Her balance is better, her feet don't hurt and she can last longer walking and standing. Brandy assisted us and went over everything in great detail. She answered all our questions and honestly we couldn't be happier.

I recently went to Knott's Berry Farm and was literally on my feet for over 12 hours. if it weren't for my arch supports and brand new Merrell hi tops I would not have been able to enjoy the day. My feet did not get sore and I was not tired at all. Thanks to Don and the crew at TGFS.

Went in to see about getting some inserts but was immediately turned away due to needing an appointment. Website said walk ins so we were highly disappointed in our experience and won't be returning.

Buyer beware!! Their products are not backed by a money back guarantee. They offer in store credit HOWEVER with the cost of their inserts and all their promises they should offer your money back if the high cost of inserts don't work for you! Super disappointed and regret my purchase 100!!!

I went there the other day. I am new to standing on my feet all day and they helped me choose the best shoe for my job. Unfortunately I have two different sized feet so after purchasing the Brooks shoes I was able to go back and exchange my shoes for a bigger size. Great customer service answered all my questions! Highly recommend on shoes. I have not been back for inserts but I think they will be in my future and this will be the place I go

I 100% recommend this place! The staff at this store (the manager Paul in particular) was very friendly, informative, and personable. I made an appointment ahead of time and was pleased to discover the whole process took about an hour...I didn't feel rushed at all! I was given lots of information about the fitting process, as well as the opportunity to try the inserts in my own shoes right there in the store. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase, and felt as though my concerns were really addressed. I purchased the 3-step system and have not had arch pain all week...something I haven't been able to say in about a year! Their products are a bit pricier than you may expect, but they're backed by a lifetime warranty! Additionally, I emailed the store with some questions about my inserts & Paul reached out to me in less than 24 hours, which I appreciated! I am forever grateful for The Good Feet Store & can't wait to live a life without foot pain!

Oscar was very helpful, and I got bad feet and also a t1d so imagine everything wrong, but I was at my wits end. I work in a grocery stores standing on that floor made me cry every time I got off work. It's very hard not to spend any money but it is very well worth it. I might have to go back there to actually get shoes.

First off i wanna say i had a great experience here. Don was very nice and did a great job at his job. The reason im upset after using for about a month month and a half i just did not like them (3 step program) i gave it time to try to break in and did the steps like he said but just not happy. So i called trying to get some sort of refund and got shot down and just said come back for resizing but in the mean time i found something else that was better so now i didn't need them. I even emailed the company and no response. So im upset i just wasted $1300 or so dollars. Better yet you can find the complete kit i bought online for $300-450 from the good feet store! I totally understand the time it took don to help me if i woulda knew i can get them online for that i would of paid him for his time and got them off line. I don't mind paying couple hundred dollars over to support a business instead of online but why can i find the same kit for so cheap online? I would of been fine just getting back 40% of my money and giving back the stuff. But i guess no returns‍

I went to the Good Feet Store in Bakersfield last week. Had a great experience with Paul, the manager. He was very informative, listens to your concerns, and very patient. The store have shoes for wide feet like mine which is usually not available in most stores in the area. I appreciate this store coming to Bakersfield!

I have been searching for awhile for help with my plantar fasciitis, I met with Paul at Good Feet Store in Bakersfield. He took the time to answer all my questions, and address all of my concerns. I have had the arch supports for 2 weeks now and I can finally walk with little pain. It is not pain free yet, but 80% better. Definitely recommend the compression socks since I can't wear shoes and arches 24/7. Thanks Paul!
