Gloria is the sweetest person . She was always very patient and kind with the process. Something a bride can appreciate. She keeps her cool and was always willing to help. She went above and beyond the day of my wedding making sure I always had something to drink. It was a pleasure meeting her .

Gloria was very helpful the day of our wedding. She was very nice and professional during the whole process leading to the big day. She help with rehearsal and had a good amount of recommendations for last minute vendors. The day of the wedding she was on top of replacing supplies needed. For example, toilet paper was replaced, trash bags, and soap. I would recommend this location! Thank you Gloria!!

This venue is so beautiful and Gloria is simply amazing! I cannot express how grateful we are to have such an amazing event coordinator. Gloria held our hand through the entire planning process and also during the event. Our night was so perfect all of our guests were happy, we were happy and we will definitely use this venue in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We just had our wedding at The Gardens At Mill Creek and I couldnt be happier! from the very first time I met Louisa she was nothing but gracious and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond with helping us on the actual day. My guest have all commented what a beautiful venue it was. I personally loved the freedom we got with the food and beverage as well as the natural simple beauty of it. I would highly recommend for any occasion!

The venue was beautiful, and it looked great in our wedding pics and video. We got married May 2016. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars because we didn't like the service from the staff. 1. Because the coordinator emailed me saying we needed to pay the remaining balance when we did a month before, then he realized that we did pay it. 2. We asked about extra guest and tables, and we were told we had to pay a couple $100+ for extra guest and that would include the tables (we were ok with it) Come to our surprise 2 days before our wedding they said that the tables weren't included. 3. The securities were bogus they were dressed normal and weren't even at the entrance! They just sat down and looked like guest. One of the "securities" (lady) kept telling my husband the music was too loud. Other than the staff the venue was Great! If you don't mind the staff, then I recommend it since the venue is Gorgeous!

Horrible horrible management. I believe Louisa is taking advantage and scamming people! This is not right. DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. COVID 19 has them unable to hold my wedding ceremony. When signing my contract during Covid she lead me to believe I'd be able to have my wedding in November no hesitation. Now she's unable to fulfill my contract and will not refund any money. Covid already has people financially hurting and this venue is seeking contract signings with no intention of you being able to have your wedding and giving absolutely no refunds. Louisa told me they are fully capable of having my wedding but because of the governors orders they can't so therefore they are not responsible for a refund. I believe Louisa is a fraud!
