The Fit Spot

Had an amazing couple days of workouts at The Fit Spot in Bakersfield! Tyler and his team are great trainers and really know how to focus on what you are missing most in your fitness routine. Just two days got me better form and understanding on how to maximize my workouts for real gains! Thanks to Tyler and his team! I'll definitely be stopping in every time in town, and you should too! Don't forget to ask them about personal training as well.

This gym is a probably one of the best private small gyms! I cannot express how welcoming the owner is and how this gym excels in cleanliness! It has everything you need to reach your goals and an atmosphere that is one of a kind!
