The Event Bar

Event Bar did an amazing job for our wedding. Professional, punctual, considerate and caring. We had about 8 weeks to prepare for our wedding. Event Bar not only competed all of our tasks, organized all of our vendors but also took our wedding to the next level. Everyone at our wedding had only great comments to make about our wedding thanks to Event Bar. From the music, flowers, seating to the food and lighting was on par and breath taking, Event Bar thought of the smallest detail.

I attended an event at the event bar this past weekend and was blown away with the elegance and beauty not to mention the details of the wedding Mira planned. I literally was stunned by the beautiful trees that were set up with falling flowers just wow!!! The food was delicious and the event was so luxurious not to mention every single staff member on her team was extremely sweet! Even the security guards were friendly. The entrance of the bride was angelic as they put a white light on her as she walked down the aisle. I thought that was so original and refreshingly new as I had never seen it done. There were over 600 people at this event and it didn't feel crowded at all. The location was perfect at the Beverly Hilton and I couldn't believe there were so many people as it felt so spacious. The DJ she hired played the best music I danced until my heels forced me to rest. I definitely recommend Mira if you are looking to throw an event I will never forget that night and wish to have an event of my own just like that one day!!!!

Unable to rate -0-star. This Event planner is very unprofessional and aggressive. Future Brides & Grooms Be Aware: I was a guest at a wedding she planned and towards the end of the night I was picking flowers. She yelled and told me to stop, in which I did. As I was making my way to the exit of the venue, she then approached me and began to get confrontational. I told her that it was the end of the night and I was leaving anyway. She then yells saying no it's not, and says what's wrong with me. She then continues and asks who I was and accuses me of being a wedding crasher. She kept provoking me until I told her to shut up and made my way out of the venue. She even went to the bride and groom and asked whether they knew me or not, which is extremely unprofessional. I then went back to use the restroom and as I was leaving she approached me again and began yelling saying that I wasn't allowed to be there, that she was going to call security. I was once again making my way out of the venue as she continued to verbally harass me in front of other wedding guests. She kept her word and called hotel security and had them escort me out. My grandmother who was also a witness there was approached by security and she became anxious and stressed as a result of this. She caused a scene out of nothing and embarrassed herself in front of guests and especially the bride and groom. To all future brides and grooms I suggest you stay away from this wedding planner as she will kick out and call security on your invited guests. Never have I met a wedding planner as hostile and unprofessional as Mira. Proof can be provided upon request.

I recently hired Mira to plan my wedding. From the moment I met her, I instantly knew that she would be one of the best decisions I will ever make. Every time I called she answered, on the day of our wedding she was amazing. She took care of everything, her attention to detail is definetly one of a kind. I highly reccomend hiring her for your wedding!

My wife and I interviewed several wedding planners before hiring The Event Bar. As a groom, I will be honest with you - I thought hiring a wedding planner is a waste of money and it is something I can save on. My wife insisted that she would rather hire a wedding planner and make sure that our wedding day has everything that we want because we both didn't know how to do that by ourselves. As you know happy wife happy life so I did go ahead and hire The Event Bar as she wanted. Our wedding planning process was easier than I expected and our wedding day left our family and friends speechless. It was definitely worth every penny I spent hiring them. Thank You!

The Event Bar is the true definition of going ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. They completely understand that they are in the service business, and they deliver. They think of things that you won't. They completely understand the industry and are familiar with a ton of vendors, which makes everyone's job easier. They review contract, make phonecalls, make you THE most detailed timeline and make sure each vendor knows what is going on. Really can't say enough good things about them. I've been working with Sharona very closely and can't thank her enough!!Summary: If you're having a wedding, book them. that simple.

I had the pleasure to work with The Event Bar on a wedding in Westlake Village Inn. I am a photographer and it is a great sign when the coordinator reaches out to you way in advance of the wedding to introduce themselves, ask if we need anything.Mira was obviously hired by the couple, and she was making sure everything will go smooth for their wedding. However she also made sure everything went smooth for me and my team. She understands that by helping with the logistic and other needs of the vendors, she was ensuring a wedding where the couple can enjoy their time and doesn't have to worry about anything.It was a breeze to work with her and her crew. Her hands-on approach is clearly appreciated by the people she works with and I would highly recommend The Event Bar to help organize your next event!

Absolutely stunning service. Mira's communication, professionalism, and style is incredible. She was absolutely critical to the our wedding which was postponed 3 times due to the pandemic. Her eye for design and style is impressive. She made the entire wedding planning process up to and including the day of my wedding so incredibly calm, organized, and flawless. We could not have had a more perfectly executed day without her. Mira will be your voice to organize all your vendors and ensure everything runs smoothly. WOW WOW WOW, Amazing job Mira. So ill try to express my gratitude and compliments towards Mira and her team with a yelp review and try to keep it short. My brothers wedding was this past Saturday on 4/3/21 and my trying to make the experience much more joyful my brother put me in charge of assisting the coordinator and thats where THE EVENT BAR came in. Mira was well connected and very polite yet assertive in having everything organized and delivered by our vendors. Mira made my sister in law and Brothers event the best night ever. Examples of services she provided and couldnt be happier: Coordinated the catering to have the proper staff and wardrobe so everything looked clean Coordinated with the party rental company and made sure nothing looked out of the ordinary or dirty damaged itemsshe was on top of the DJ and kept him updated with the brides parents favorite song when they had the father and bride dance. Mira was very impressive staying calm and collected in the last few days and hours leading up to the ceremony. She didn't fold under pressure. I wouldn't have been able to keep composure like she did. From consistently sending me updated weeks ahead of the ceremony to the last hours making sure everyone in our wedding party was pleased and didnt make anyone feel anxious. IF you need an event or your friends and family wedding done. I would call the event bar TODAY.
