This place is my go to whenever I need any kind of repair wether it's my phone my Apple Watch or my daughters tablet these guys are the best in town! I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I will never go back any where else these guys are the best and best prices at that thank you team

Aftermarket products technicalities not disclosed properly ! Brought in a phone with cracked screen , which we had been using with the cracked screen for over a week already , calls , scrolling etc . Bottom touch was becoming difficult already and screen needed to be replaced . Once they replaced screen Face ID stopped working . Took it back to try and get that issue fixed and he said " Face ID never worked " how are you going to tell me Face ID never worked when we had been using the phone and the Face ID on it because the touch was bad ? He said I put in my notes Face ID doesn't work at 4:31pm but I dropped the phone off at 4pm and Face ID was always working . I asked him if it happened because the part was aftermarket , he said "no You brought me the phone with Face ID not working". Insinuating I am lying . If he would have told me , when I fix the screen , Face ID will not work because it is aftermarket screen, I would have just gone to the Apple Store . Don't waste your time , go somewhere else .

Excellent service you can find high end computers and or an affordable one. Love this place.

I brought my son's ps5 to get HDMI fixed. They fixed it within a few days. They were very friendly and helpful. When I got home, the ps5 wouldn't update and they help me fix that problem. Again, super helpful and friendly

These guys are top notch.I have a 2013 MacBook Pro & my speakers were busted. I originally went to the Apple store at Valley Plaza Mall. Because it was an older model, and I didn't have Apple Care anymore anyway, they referred me to two shops in Bakersfield, and I went to the closest one to me, which was The Computer Depot. The Computer Depot charged me $40 to run diagnostics first, then said they could order the part for me for around $120-$140 or so in price. I needed my computer that week after the diagnostic test so took it back, I prepaid for the part and took it back the following weekend.They work super fast & called me as soon as it was ready. My almost 10-year-old computer has speakers as if the computer is brand new. I am glad I didn't have to buy as a new MacBook Pro as those computers aren't cheap & aside from the broken speakers, the computer was working perfectly. Thank you for saving me $1500 so I can still work from my laptop, while also using it for entertainment. Amazing, cost efficient, & effective work from this local repair shop! Highly recommend.

This is my go to spot in Bakersfield. Good pricing and cool staff.I get my phones fixed here but they also have a lot of computer stuff.

!!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!So I waited to give this review just to see how honest their work is. The screen to my phone was cracked, so I entrusted in this company to fix my phone, hence the "amazing" reviews they have. So first time I got my phone back, it was such a horrible job. They lady that fixed my phone put a different color rim on my phone without consulting me first, the camera was messed up, and the back was coming off. So I called, they said to bring it in after the lady basically tried to say my camera was broken due to me handling it, but they "fixed" my phone again along with all the concerns I had. Second time I go pick up my phone, I was mostly satisfied, being the back of the phone glued on but wasn't completely fused shut. The owner ensured me it would stick together if I put a case on my phone, which it did not. Now, my camera has an error message to it, after they "replaced it" and I've done every troubleshooting idea I could find on Google. Now I can't use the camera to my phone and I'm sad and pissed off at the same time, and the "high quality screen" they replaced it with makes anything black have a green hue, unless you have the brightness on 100% and also has a wrrid grain to it. I basically took a loss after paying almost $350. Again, please take your service to someone who is 100% going to do an amazing job and not accuse you of breaking your phone just a few minutes after you leave the building.

Ali was very weird and gave very much unpleasant vibes! He asked personal questions that had nothing to do with the phone. He took 3 days to fix my screen because that they caused. And it wasn't even fixed 100% when I finally decided to leave with it, they pretty much use YouTube to fix it. They don't use good software or anything! They have terrible customer support! Spent well over 400 for them to f*** up my phone and I ended up having to purchase an android. (Don't be cheap just go to apple) save you in the long run

Do not buy a computer from here. They sold us a broken PC and then kept charging us to fix it. We took it back three times to get fixed just to bring it home to not work. Each time they charged more money. We also took our Nintendo switch here and they totally demolished it and gave us an old scratched up model. They are not an honest business save your money and time.

I broke my IPhone screen called them. Drove right over and it was fixed in under 30 minutes Great service
