The Cellar Steakhouse

So a good friend of mine who lives across the country likes to send food for special occasions. In honor of Thanksgiving she was looking for a place that was open and using DoorDash delivery. DoorDash did state that the Cellar was open on Thanksgiving and since this was a surprise I didn't know ahead of time to look and see if they were. It ended up that DoorDash was not delivering from the Cellar on Thanksgiving so the order was canceled and my friend re-ordered for the next evening. Despite the issues with DoorDash showing delivery available on that day when the food was delivered it was very good. Porterhouse was cooked to my requested medium rare and they did a good job there so that's always a plus I hate an overcooked steak! This time fries were chosen instead of the baked potato and they were good and plentiful. The bread was OK it was an end piece or possibly a hamburger bun. Instead of salad to change things up soup was ordered. No description on the menu regarding what type of soup was available and it ended up being clam chowder. At first I thought it was a cream of potato soup but after eating a bit more I did realize it was clam chowder. Also in my photo there is a salad shown that is not part of this dinner. Steak was gigantic and barely fit on the plate. All in all it was a very satisfying meal although I do think I enjoy the baked potato more and to have some salad instead of the soup just because I like my greens. I have ordered from the Cellar or have had items ordered for me there several times since they started delivering on DoorDash the only thing I do wish is that they would have more of their items available for delivery. Their DoorDash menu is smaller than their menu at the restaurant so it's a little limited sometimes. Again very good steak and cooked the way I like so that's a huge plus for me and I would recommend giving it a try. They've been around forever and I'm happy to be able to order from them with delivery. Prices are reasonable as well which is a huge plus especially now when everything is so expensive. I will definitely choose to eat here again.

Stopped in on a Thursday night with family and service was amazing ! Owner was quick to have drinks served ! I ordered the 10 oz New York and my family all had 16oz rib eyes no complaints! Very tasty steaks! Owner stopped by multiple times to ask how our steaks were very kind man! We were there talking till passed closing and they didn't mind! Awesome establishment please don't hesitate to bring your family in any day of the week!

I was so excited to go here for dinner. Raved about their steak and potatoes. OMG I was so embarrassed that we went here. Not only was service terrible with little people to serve but the waitresses were passing a toddler back and forth putting their fingers through his hair then serving us food without washing their hands but the guest next to us started feeding the toddler ordering him fries then shouting over our table that the fries were cold and to have them redone. The waitress said they must have sat in the window for a long time and he took them to the chef himself yelling to have them redone. We thought everyone must have been family there and didn't know how to treat paying customers. Oh and my medium rare steak was burnt too. Sorry this place has gone down so terribly will not be going back nor will I tell anyone to go here.

They've re-opened under new owners. Still the same marinade. (a plus)Steaks are now Harris Ranch beef and not Sysco. (another plus)As long as they keep adding previous menu items, they should do well.

I took my son and daughter to this place and it did not disappoint! The food was so delicious my steak was cooked perfect. The staff was friendly and they made sure we had everything we need. The waitress even put credits in the jukebox for my kids to play whatever they wanted. Us along with our waitress were having a mini concert while waiting for out food just singing away. We will definitely be back here.

Steaks were overcooked. No beverage refills. Limited days and hours that they are open.

Loved coming here! The staff is super friendly and the food is so good! You have to try their Chicken Alfredo!!!

I used to come in all the time with my family when I was younger, and it WAS amazing. It's changed hands a few times and each time it's gotten worse. The quality of the food has gone down and the atmosphere doesn't feel nearly as welcoming. The customer service is ok, there are just usually long wait times.

Eggs not cooked right. Everything else good. Biscuits and gravy yum. Try it. I will go back
