The Blossom Bar and Grill

Stopped in for dinner and ordered the Hatch Chili Burger at the bar. They don't offer wait service but do deliver the food once it is ready. Even though the burger was large sized it left much to be desired. The flavor was meh and the patty was burnt tasting.

My first experience at the Embassy Suites and so far they have a very well kept hotel with a great pool with jacuzzi. My room is amazing! It feel's just like a resort hotel 10/10. Now at the bar area we had some unbelievable cocktails made by Alex. Alex has great recommendations on drinks and their food items. Very welcoming place!

I've been Hilton Diamond for over 10 years- This is easily the best Embassy chef going. Skip looking around and just eat here! Beautiful food within a reasonable drive.

Food and service was incredible during my stay here. The man behind the bar Alex, was friendly, welcoming and quick on the refills. The menu is seasonal, but during my stay the Brussel sprouts and tacos were delicious.

Yessica was great!! No matter what you needed or wanted for drinks or dining, she was always there to accommodate you. She went above and beyond!!! She was absolutely outstanding!!!

After seeing people talk about this place I thought it would be nice to try it out. My husband ordered the Cajun Chicken noodles and I ordered a salad. We shared the bang bang shrimp and those were so good! My salad was good, I felt it could've had a bit more vinaigrette on it. I tasted my husband's food and that was very good! Pasta was cooked perfectly! I do wish they had a cocktail menu. They only have a beer and wine menu. They do seem to have a full bar from what I saw. We just ordered a beer. The food was good, but the comfort of eating there was a little uncomfortable and annoying, but not too bad. It is a hotel restaurant so each experience will be different for everyone based on the guests who stay there. The people at the bar were very loud and kids were running around being loud as well. Also upon entering the dining area I smelled a strong odor of parmigiana cheese. I personally can't stand that smell! Not sure why that smell lingered the whole time we were there. I found it to be unpleasant. The service was good though! Also to add, their menu does change often. Some stuff stays, but for the most part they mix it up and have different things which is nice.

Its not often I leave a review. I felt the need to do it for this place. I had the the mushroom linguine and the Zucchini fries. The portions were great and the food was just delicious. The staff was super friendly and funny. Niomi, Misael (i believe was his name) and Chef Robert really made my night. Its nice to see passionate people. It definitely came across in the food. I look forward to returning again. I definitely recommend this place.

I was staying in a hotel down the road and walked over to grab a quick bite to eat. The MLB home run derby was on so I went to the bar to watch and have a drink/dinner. Food was decent, price was ok for what I got, and atmosphere was as expected for a Monday night. Nothing fancy here but good for being in a random area and not knowing anything else nearby.

Amazing food and drinks! You can tell the chefs care about the ingredients and quality of the food. Special shout out to the bartender Alex for the food recommendations and drinks. Drinks were bomb and he was also able to introduce me to new cocktails I'll definitely be getting again. Overall great atmosphere and people!

This hotel staff is super friendly and really accommodating with everything you might need. The chefs who cook the morning breakfast are really give you more food than you could ask for. The bartenders at night are attentive and friendly, and the food is filling and tasty. The Happy Hour are really good and Alex will give you excellent recommendations if you ask him.My stay was really great!
