They never pick up the phone have tried calling numerous times, left a message with my callback info once and missed their call due to a teledoc appointment. Tried to call back and left my info again and they have not called back since. I even tried calling again a few more times and still they do not pick up and have not bothered responding to the message i left. Its like their front desk employees just do not work.

I do not recommend this PT office. For my first session (following my initial evaluation), I was given a very short explanation of each exercise to complete and then the therapist walked away and chatted with the other therapists with no observation or guidance. I was not provided with any feedback on my form, I was not told what or how the exercise was supposed to help, and the therapist did not check in with my lower back pain (the reason for the PT) one time during the 45 minute block of time. This was a waste of time and money, and I have canceled all future sessions.

I actually never got to go here. I made an appointment and they called me to reschedule. They then called me again to reschedule the second appointment! Then I called a third time to reschedule and the lady on the phone told me that no one ever called me to reschedule the second appointment even though I had two voice-mail so I just gave up. Very unorganized and I'll be calling my insurance company to confirm they don't bill me for anything

Staff was very pleasant, facility was clean, and I only screamed twice before I passed out.Great place, and I'll be back.

Intake gave me the wrong time and when I got there I was refused the girl at the desk was rude and didn't believe me and just wrote me off. Never going here again such a shame they lost my business and money because of her attitude!

I was misdiagnosed and encouraged to keep doing the therapy even though it would do me no good (by the therapists own admission). I think that would be insurance fraud? I will find out.You call and they do not answer the phone to get a new appointment, they say wait 24 hours to get a call back. I never did and they finally did call back after I called again. This happened twice, the second time I found someone else who got me in right away. I am so very happy my insurance pays at a different place!Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I have to say that I have not been hugely impressed with my PT Experience thus far but today definitely took the cake! Today was a lot of me being handed a piece of equipment and then given very brief directions and the tech walking away to a table to talk to his friends. This happened with each and every exercise!! One of my exercise is picking up marbles with my toes. The tech never set a timer and he let me go 10 minutes! I felt very neglected by both the tech and the Therapist. The therapist never spent 1 minute with me or ask me how I was doing, have questions?, pain?, touch my foot to see how it moves, etc.They did add a new exercise and again NO EXPLANATION!!!So, I'm canceling my next appointment and not making anymore. Hopefully surgery in January will fix the pain I'm having. Right now I need to ice my foot again from todays messed up PT!

Some front desk person was extremely rude. We needed referrals for both knees for my husband. Woman said "We're in February now." Referral is too old for her. Another sad example of a non-descript Bakersfield type_ probably has a Michael Kors bag. See you next Tuesday when it will still be February. Switch out "Brooklyn girls," to " Bakersfield girls," in Rod Stewart's Downtown Girls and you can get a feel for the type of person I'm referring to. Just thorns without the rose
