Teriyaki Bowl

Noodle 1 item bowl for $8.99 was great! Lot of flavor and a good sizes portion! Fast causal and they don't even ask for a tip on their credit card machine. Order at the counter, worker will bring your food to your table. Fountain drinks are free refills.

I came in had to use the restroom. She said that I needed to place an order. I told her I really need to pee. I'll place an order when I get out and she was really rude and denied me.

Service was good. The young lady working cashier was pleasant. I ordered a dragon roll and it disappointed. I probably won't ever eat here again. Maybe other items on menu are good but sush is not their specialty. Sushi roll was a 0/10. Would not recommend

This restaurant is my far back Asian restaurant. There's not many choices in the Eastside of Bakersfield. The food does not stand out, and the restaurants is not clean. The floors and windows are always dirty. It has like 1 billion cameras in such a small space. It has adequate service although Nothing stands out about it and they are not extra with their customer service. I will not be ordering sushi there ever again, but I will be back for the basic Chinese food combos.

I really can't believe the over cooked shrimp that y'all serve me in my black pepper shrimp and how small y'all portion are but filled my plate with chow mein y'all know exactly what y'all are doing by tying the bad real tight when y'all hand people they food I'm really disappointed in them it's a inflation so when I buy food I want my food to be good for the money I pay

Never going back again. Years ago this place was great! That was over a decade ago when the menu was simpler, food was good and service was great. We always forget to check out this place again when we don't like to cook and looking for take-out. After pipe band practice a week ago, the kids and I decided to try their food. I was shocked to see the huge menu... didn't expect this place to be the same since we've been and it's usually expected when there's change in management. But my golly, it made choosing complicated with so much choices... and I did not expect them to have a variety of Asian dishes menu... Chinese, Japanese and Korean. But I have to say, the moment we walked in and I saw the changes, I kind of already know what I was going to get. We could have walked out but we were up for the challenge... LOL! We didn't want to wait 45minutes for chicken wings and didn't feel like getting fast food or burgers... my daughter ordered a chicken and shrimp teriyaki Bplate & the Unagi "sushi" (yes... their menu says sushi, not sashimi so I told my daughter it will not be raw and got that reason, I'm not worried for her to order one and try it. I wouldn't recommend to try any sashimi from this place.), my son ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl & I ordered a plate with 2 entrees. I decided to ordered double the same entree (Kalbi) instead of ordering 2 different ones. But to my disappointment, when I opened my box (see photo I uploaded) it looked more like double the fried rice! The food wasn't bad but I've had better. My daughter's Unagi Sushi looked sad and awful! Didn't taste good either. The teriyaki chicken & shrimp were ok, but yes we've had better. Service was mediocre, staff not very familiar with their extensive menu. Staff were wearing masks but not properly wearing them. They weren't wearing gloves either and I've seen one of the ladies at the counter fill one of our boxes with the fried rice without sanitizing her hands and no gloves... almost wanted to return the food but tried to not be too sensitive about that. Covid or no Covid, we're not going back to this place. The food is just worth going back for.

Made a large order for multiple party platters. The beef and broccoli was cold not even cooked. Broccoli was still hard. In the picture I ordered a California sushi roll and the avocado is old. Spoke to the employee and she was nice but the manager could care less! Manager didn't want to make it right and would rather run with your money then have a satisfied customer considering we had a large order. I would not recommend ordering for big events or a California roll go else where.

I love sushi and on the recommendation from a co-worker I decided to try this place for lunch. I will not return.The fish is clearly not fresh. It's beyond old. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and it tasted "off". I did not finish it.I opened the roll I ordered and it too did not smell right. It appears like the fish was flattened like a chicken cutlet with a mallet. The rolls are also cut into 2 inch chucks, way to big to eat. I tried just a piece of the salmon on top of the roll and it was not edible. I offered the rest to my coworkers, only 1 dared to try it after smelling it and ended up spitting it in the trash. Money wasted and I had to spend more to get something else to eat.

The food is absolutely horrible. Avoid this place like the plague, the service was great but doesn't mean much when the food is gross. My noodles tasted like marijuana, I don't even smoke anymore, which makes me shudder to think what that taste actually was. If I could give 0 stars I would. All the other food is drowned in sauce that doesn't even have any flavor and weird texture. Chinese food and sushi is mediocre at best here. Waste of money and food.

The place is really dirty. the prices on Yelp is cheaper than listed in store. i mentioned it to the cashier and she really didn't care, then she said she would tell some lady know. We got T. Chicken Bowels and their quality of foodhas really gone down. We used to eat there at least once a week, early 2000's. Food is to much for the quality. Yelps price was $5.10, in store was $7.99. Will not go back ever and will never recommend them. Also, did phone order ask for white rice and got fried rice. Check your bags before you leave store.
