Beautiful gym, high quality equipment, and they keep everything so nice and clean! Plus they're all so friendly. Definitely highly recommend this gym for anyone serious about lifting.

My family went in a joined and they said the employees/owners are so nice. They just opened recently, nice to have a new option in town. This gym is open 24 hours so whatever Your schedule you can make it work. It is located behind Frosty King in Golden Hills. *They have a place to set your belongings. *On Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:15 am - 12:15pm they have child care. That will add $15 a month. Such a great deal. *Cross Fit will be coming soon. *Bring your hydro flask they have purified water to fill them up. *This is a small gym but has everything you need.

Great equipment and everyone greets you with a smile! The owners are so nice and plenty of people offer to help out newcomers
