Tehachapi Farmer's Market

I am not a huge fan of our Farmers Market. Last year I went one time. You blink and you are basically done with it. For some reason there aren't very many vendors. I wouldn't make a special trip if you are coming from out of town. I think the best thing at this market is the corn on the cob. I will go one more time and try it out this season and give it another chance. Some of the vegetables looked good. Tehachapi pies, Butcher Shop, candle booth, are some of the booths I saw last week. They have it on Thursdays through May 9- Aug -15. 4pm-7:30pm, rain or shine.

Got some sun and fresh air at the Farmer's Market in Tehachapi. It is small that is for sure but everyone was in a happy mood. Probably, like me, they were happy to get out of the house and see other people. Some were wearing masks but I would say the majority was not, myself included. There were several produce vendors and their fruits and vegetables looked great. We bought carrots, plucots, onions, nuts, and nectarines. Everything was delicious! We will definitely go back.

A great little market but a bit light on the produce sellers. A lot of crafty stuff too but I noticed a few vendors just selling factory-made stuff. The juice vendor is great and I am dying to try the pie stand. Vendors appear to take cash and credit - which for me is awesome since I hardly ever carry cash! :)

This is literally the worst farmers markets I have ever been to. The produce sellers that are there are good( the plums at the organic stall are amazing and why this gets 2 stars) The abundance of hot glue gun art and commercially manufactured cleaners that are trying to be sold as though they are special and handmade make this farmers market a wash out.
