Tea Cup Express

It was a last min decision to eat here but 5 stars, it's inside the Foodcos as you walk in. It's been there for years but I think maybe it was called something different back then, Kids didn't want this kind of food, but they got everything they knew and they finally ate all the food, no complaints. I would go again if I was shopping and didn't want to go home and cook.

Very generous portions and the food actaully has flavor and isn't bland. The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite is the mushroom chicken, black pepper beef and steamed veggies.

The food in this place is very good and all but the service? SUCKS. The lady seems very nice but once you get to the end of your purchase and ask for any kind of sauce or more forks, she gives you this annoyed look. One time, my mom and I went and she asked if we wanted to buy egg rolls. We said no thank you and again, there goes the same look. She gets mad if you only buy one plate and the other coworkers that sometimes serve, are more nicer than her, the owner. And not to mention, one day as my family and I went to go buy groceries there at FoodsCo, since her place is inside there, we saw the cook coming out of the men's bathroom what he looked like to have cramps. He also didn't seem very hygienic...

This place was the worst Chinese food ... no flavor and the customer service was awful ..... no greeting or politeness....... I stopped in here to pickup get a quick lunch (didn't have time to go anywhere else after the bad greeting so ended up buying for time sake) and ended up throwing it out! Never again and would not recommend wasting your money..... drive the extra mile for better service and food. To bad this doesn't let you give Zero on stars..........

Yummy!!! Best Chinese food in Bako period.Everything I've tried is excellent I really love their Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef. I always order their delicious eggrolls every time I visit.

Food is delicious been coming here since around 2006 food and service is always on point and they fill up your plate so you also get the most bang for your buck!

They changed up their recipe for the orange chicken and egg roll sauce, it's very good though! It has an addicting spicy sweet taste Im not sure if the ownership is currently going through some changes at the time of this review, I feel their recipes have a minor touch of Hispanic fused into it, which for me is very tasteful and different!

Their food is really good and they fill up your plate to the top. My favorite items to get is their orange chicken and broccoli beef. I recommend it!

Love this place! The lady there is always so nice! The food is amazing. Really the only Chinese fast food joint that I eat... panda or all the other ones near by dont compare to this place.

Nasty customer service from owner which i believe is the lady at the register. I was a regular customer at this place but today she had a crazy rude attitude. I asked how was business just to make conversation and she ignored me, i thought maybe she didn't hear me no big deal, at this point she kept asking what else i wanted, again i asked how was business and she totally ignored me completely, then i said forget my food, and super fast she said THAT'S OK! with an attitude!!! Wish i could give her 0 stars for the nasty customer service. If you don't like to treat your customer with respect change jobs that simple. Food is ok, not the best in Bakersfield but it's convenient because it's inside food co.
