Taqueria Los Carnalitos

We stopped off here on a roadtrip and I'll forever be grateful we did. The tortillas are made in front of you, the meat is chopped in front of you, the whole thing is a beautiful tribute to real delicious food. We tried all the tacos and all the salsas along with a quesadilla with delicious salty fresh cheese. The horchata was spiced to perfection and the perfect thirst quencher in the hot desert. The workers were kind and you can tell they work hard to bring you great food.

WORTH THE TRIP from the High desert!My husband would rave about the food when he had work in Palmdale. He brought me and the kids and they loved it. We have picky eaters and they were happy picky eaters. We definitely recommend them!

Omg this is the best Mexican food I've had in my life. So good. People are so nice. Tortillas are being made from scratch as you order. I don't eat pork or meat but seriously the pastor, asada, and cabeza is delicious. Meats taste clean and not fatty. I've had there burrito amazing they melt the cheese on the grill and put it in the burrito. Omg mouth watering. Quesotaco bomb. I'm a bread girl so I'm in love with the torta. Must try if you're in the area.

YO! i just had a burrito from there and I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW. i had an asada burrito with a large horchata for $15 and please believe me when i say i havent had a burrito that frickin good in so long!!! the meat was perfectly cooked and was most of the burrito too! the tortilla was yummy and i jusg never wanted it to end honestly. if youre thinking about trying it, just do it! :-)

Yo I don't know what's the hype on this spot but one the meat is like go to the store buy meat and just cook it right away type of eating ... there's no flavor of what so ever ... every bite had so much fatting felt like chewing gum ... food was poorly cooked to the point it was cold ... cheese not even melted ... I couldn't finish this food my stomach was hurting half way threw tried to add flavor with the salsa didn't make it better sauce was just watered down... pls lower your price if your going to cook food at a low quality

I had passed this set up around 3 times in the past 2-3 months.They're set up on the S/E side of the Intersection of 47th Street East & Pearlblossom Hwy in Palmdale, CA. I'd be waiting at the stop-light and I could see the food being grilled and I could smell it. I Kept telling myself I was going to try it. Finally I did. I was going to order a couple of Tacos just to check them out, but while I was in line they were preparing a Carne Asada Burrito in front of me. I saw the very generous portion of the Fresh Chopped Asada, straight from a tree stump looking cutting area, and the meat being placed into a tortilla covered in rice & beans. They added the salsa & guacamole then here comes this hot melted cheese on a spatula straight from the Griddle, slapped on top before they rolled all of this goodness into a Burrito.I was sold. I ordered what I saw them make in front of me, it cost $10.00 for the Burrito.It was well Worth every single bit of what I paid. The taste was amazing, I'll definitely be stopping there again on my next trip through the area.

OMG legit! Food is amazing. Hand made tortillas, fresh salsas. So far tried tacos, quesataco, quesadillas...And they take zelle!!

How this please has a 5 star review is beyond me. The meat although tender has no flavor whatsoever none of it does it. After we ate it we felt so gross. The salsa is bad too like how?! It was the worst Mexican food we've ever had $30 bucks down the toilet. What a shame cause it looked like it was going to be delicious. Never again!

The asada tacos are the best. Especially with their guac. People are super sweet, and everything is authentic. Super good food, and horchata is amazing.
