Tap Yard

Have you ever stepped on a lego? Or jammed your toe against the edge of the bed? Tap yard is the complete opposite of that feeling! Instead of cursing because you smashed your foot, you curse because you can't hold more beer with your foot! Don't worry, have another beer and you'll understand how to do it with no hands. (Google it) The recently renovated building is beautiful. This spot is chill and has a great vibe to it. Is closes at a reasonable hour and doesn't serve liquor. All in all a great spot. Love the feel of the place. Simple great selection. I am a fan of the new Crow n Wolf brewery and they care several of their seltzers and sours. The Dark Horse is absolutely amazing, tonight I'm trying the peach sour. Loving it.

As far as beers go, this place is seriously lacking, calling itself a "tap yard" is misleading where most of the "taps" (20 at max) are highly overpriced. Go to bevmo and spend less and get more than you will here.The highest abv is 7 and the brew is so cold you can't taste it at all.

Been here a handful of times and love the atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the games that are provided outside. And we get to enjoy our favorite beer from 1852 closer to home. So glad to have a place in our hometown and not have to drive down to Visalia

We went there last night to celebrate New Year's Eve! They had an awesome live band (Flashback) and 2 food trucks on the patio with a large tent with heaters! The beer and seltzers here are local brewery's and the nachos from one food truck were amazing! The owners were also very friendly and knowledgeable and the service here was excellent! This is the place that Tulare has been needing for a long time!

Great service and atmosphere. Food is always different- food trucks. Delicious. Friendly bartenders. Owners and managers always socialize and make sure everyone is satisfied.

My husband and I went in for a couple beers. We sat right at the bar. After our first we were never engaged by a bartender for another. Once my husband was able to flag someone down by hand, the blonde bartender came over, looked at him, he started to speak one word, then she cut him off mid sentence by pointing at a man who'd just walked up next to us, and took his order instead. This man was white, my husband is hispanic. Come to your own conclusions.
