Did a couples massage. Pricing was very transparent. Service was great. They offered nice amenities after.

I booked a massage here, and it was incredible! They offer really great massages, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful; it felt wonderful. I will definitely be returning soon!

My husband and I love to get massages! We saw this gem open and had to try it. It did not disappoint, they were so sweet, kind, and their hands were sooooo soft like silk. It was so relaxing my husband fell asleep. We both enjoyed our massage! We will definitely be back :)

It was the best massage I've gotten in years. The guy who did my massage was respectful with me. Highly recommend! Definitely going back.

This is a massage store that discriminates against most of the population in the pricing structure. They charge most of the people 15% more than they do "first responders". Two tier pricing is bullshit. Not recommended, unless you want to subsidize those who get discounted rate.

The worst experience I have EVER had! I found this place on Google and decided to book an appointment. I was a bit skeptical when I walked in because if didn't have that traditional "spa feel" (i.e. aroma therapy, tranquil music, etc.). Also, to be honest, it had a bit of a foul odor. Furthermore, I was made to pay for my massage upon entry and not after the service.I proceeded to the back to go to the room and undress for my session and, to my surprise, there was no robe or slippers to put on and the room was very cold. After waiting 5 mins, the masseuse came in--- no introduction, didn't asks what type of areas to focus on, NOTHING. She just started massaging me. She also began giving me a deep tissue massage when I specifically booked a soft tissue massage. Furthermore, the business next door was playing very loud music and it was incredibly distracting.During my session, the masseuse paused several times to check her phone and to reply to text messages. She even answered her phone at one point! After the FIFTH interruption, I kindly asked her to stop and told her I was leaving. I put my clothes back on and walked to the front desk--- the staff really had the nerve to be surprised that I was leaving. There was no acknowledgement of wrong doing and no one apologized for this poor behavior. And, again, I had to pay $90 upon entry for my 90 minute massage, but only ended up staying for 30 mins. When I walked to the front desk the woman stated that the $90 charge would be cancelled, but she needed to run my card again for the 30 mins I stayed (charging me $30). I refused and will be disputing the $90 charge with my bank. This whole experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. It was a waste of my time and money. It also felt racially driven. I deserve better service and they deserved to be put on blast for their disgusting customer service. I wish there was a 0 star option.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THEY ARE AWFUL! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PLACE THAT VALUES YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

Requested information /quote via yelp. No response. That is all I need to know. Ignoring a request from a potential client tells me the over all service is in question. Moving on.

The place is so nice clean and staff is super nice and friendly the massage was also great! I did not feel any pain like other places at any moment and did feel relaxed. Was my first time here and will be coming back!
