The food was great loved the service everything was perfect the birria burrito was awesome

I stopped in today for a quick lunch and ordered the hot Cheeto burrito with asada meat. I've had this burrito plenty of times before, but this time around, the meat was very salty; also, there weren't very many hot Cheetos in the burrito. I ordered through the drive-thru and although my order was taken quickly and accurately, the server at the window didn't ask me for my phone number for the rewards points. Lastly, when she handed me my order, she hardly extended her arm out of the window, I literally had to lift out of my seat in order to reach and grab my food. I thought this action was rude on the server's part. I've worked drive thru previously in my life and I get how difficult some customers can be, but we should always make it a point to treat all customers with great customer service.

Terrible service. They use to have a system you gave them the phone number and it would give you free food based on the points. I was told they would never expire so I saved them. I had over 3k points and I tried to use them today and they said I had zero points. They said they now have a new system so we all start with zero points. Not just that, our asada quesadilla, burrito and torta were super salty and the torta had so much mayo it was gushing out. Won't be going back.

If I could select 0 stars I would. What the hell is this? Did they eat half the meat from my tacos or whats going on here? At least they made sure to prepare 10 onions for me tho, tacos de cebolla is what it is. Trash servings, but the left over meat i got was properly stored in the fridge, nice and COLD. Mf's

Dropped by for lunch last week while in Shafter. Went for a chile verde wet burrito and I enjoyed it. Service was a little slow, they left me standing at the register for a bit before they took my order and it took a little while to come out but it was hot, fresh and tasted great. The chile verde had a fair amount of heat to it, enough to be satisfying without being overwhelming. It wasn't bad for the price either, I'd say it's worth a stop if you're looking to grab some lunch in Shafter.

I only come here because the wonderful customer service from Joseph! What a wonderful young man. His communication is always on point he speaks clearly & he's incredibly polite as we frequent the drive thru. Joseph is patient & kind . Thank you for making sure I have my extras like napkins & utensils. I've been in the food industry for 2 decades and this kid is genuine & sweet never fake or rude . Give him his own taco villa franchise already !

Management need training courses. They have an employee named Dustin and he was eating food while preparing my food. I spoke with general manager about it and it seemed like she doesn't care about it. The employees there need to understand how to handle food and how to be safe with food. I did record the scene in case management does not take actions. Shafter general manager needs to do her job.

La Villa is my all time favorite in my old city, so when i found out there was a location in Shafter; i was ecstatic. This first time ever coming to this location, and it WILL be my last. As a veteran fast food employee, I consider myself a very kind and easy going customer. I am extremely passionate about the fast food occupation because it is something i enjoy, and i try to make people's job as easy and enjoyable as possible.With that being said, on Monday (03/26/2024) @12:30am, i was met with an extremely rude and utterly terrible guest service worker. i felt extremely rushed and honestly like she wanted me to be anywhere else but at this establishment. I am willing to understand if i was rude or one of those customers, but unfortunately she was flat out one of the worst customer service employees i've ever met. As stated, i work in fast food, so i understand what it's like working with bad customers, but i can assure you, this was not the case. it was simply a case of a untrained, disrespectful employee who shouldn't be in the game. it's a shame because the food was pretty good, but the service was so bad, i will never go back, EVER.My advice to her, find a new occupation because this guest service thing isn't for you. Under no circumstances should someone be rude to someone who did absolutely nothing wrong.Hope you guys resolve this problem, because I promise you, I am not the only one who feels this way. She will only bring your business down, that's a promise.

They forgot to put my burrito in the bag that I paid for and they won't even answer their phone. What a rip off!!!!
