Tacos La Villa

Great Mexican restaurant. Can't go wrong with any of their burritos. Really like the flamin hot Cheetos tacos. Food is always fresh, quick, and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Pufff I got so much to say about this place, there employees and food and it's nothing good but let me tell you they have changed a lot! And not a good change either! Don't even bother spending your hard earned money here. Horrible horrible everything is horrible!

First time ordering at La Villa. Had ordered 3 tacos with refried beans and avocado on top. The carne asada wasn't all that great. There was that burnt taste, and tasted stale. Refried beans were bland, wasn't all that tasty. Customer service is good, lady in the drive thru was nice.

The time to get your food is outrageous, the tacos are mediocrely done , I recommend the Chester location

Every single time I go to this la villa they mess up my order, they messed it up once again and this time they said they will only fix I if I drive all the way back to the store, I am definitely an unsatisfied customer and they still didn't fix the issue.

Worst place, bad customer service. The cashier had bad attitude, this lady needs to be replaced.

I order 10-15 minutes in advanced and tell them ill be right there so i expect when i get there my food will be ready or almost ready by the time i pay. I go and pay and then they barley start making my food. This happens all the time here. So dont bother placing an order over the phone for pick up if ur trying to be fast.

Wish i could give it 0 stars. I went inside to order some nachos, and decided to eat there with a co worker. Not even half ways I noticed a huge nasty fly in my nachos so i had to throw them away!!!. They have a huge fly problem! Never going there again!!!!

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. I was in drive thru almost 25 minutes. The cashier kept passing by my window several times and didn't bother to ask what i was ordering prior to pulling up to the ordering window . Just a word of advice to the cashier take two orders instead of waiting for each car to pull up to the order window. That would save so much time

If you want to eat at La Villa, take your money to another location. The cashier was rude and stingy with their styrofoam cups. When we got our food, she forgot to give us our drinks. We ordered a small cup of water, a large soda cup and a bottle of soda with a cup of ice. She gave us a large water cup but no cup of ice. I thought she was being nice and gave me a large cup of water, when we went to get the cup of ice, that she didn't give us, she argued with us about our drinks. She was so stingy with those cups that she made me give my cup of water back, she threw it away, and gave us the cup of ice. They are styrofoam cups with tap water, she honestly couldn't have let us have it? She also messed up our food order but wanted to avoid another argument
