Tacos la Estrella

The restaurant serves moldy food. The food was delicious... in the dark. However, I found mold when I ate them the next day during daylight. I have reported it to the health department. I will be requesting for a refund.

This is my FAVORITE taco spot and surprised it's not busier as it should be. I just moved to the AV from LA and THIS has been my families taco spot for decades and was so ecstatic to find a little piece of home HERE. There red salsa is FIRE and I don't go anywhere else for tacos and burritos. I encourage you guys try this place out.

Solid taco spot that just opened a few weeks ago, looks like the are from LA area and making their way to the AV which is good because other taco spots have went down hill in last few years. I tried asada carnitas and Pastor, I have to say my favorite was the pastor I don't care for the carnitas.Overall I will be back and recommend to try.

Outstanding tacos! The carne asada was SO flavorful! Wish I knew this place sooner!Only negative was in their packaging. I'd prefer it if the tacos were wrapped individually.

Was excited to try this new place after reading all the great reviews and was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered asada, al pastor, and carnitas tacos to try them all. The asada is not authentic asada meat, seems like they're trying to pass cheaper slab meat for asada. The al pastor taco was more like a stew? I have never had such an odd al pastor taco before, maybe this is a unique take on al pastor by them but trust me - it is not good. Lastly the carnitas tacos was just awful; the meat looked old and smelled foul. I saw them preparing tortillas in the back so I can vouch that those were fresh but all the meats definitely were not and at least like a week old. Maybe it was the day I went, but I definitely wouldn't even want to try it again in fear that I would get sick. The only thing I thoroughly enjoyed were their salsas which were pretty tasty!

It's the same Estrella from my hometown, Highland Park! Same great tacos, quesadillas and burritos! You won't be disappointed and if you are f u lol!

This place is soooo good! I highly recommend if you are looking for Mexican food that is authentic I would go here! It does not disappoint. Their red and green salsa are delicious I and just the right amount of spice. Every time I'm in the mood for Mexican I go here! So good!

Glad to see them in Palmdale! All my co-workers from Pasadena know. Anyone judging and isn't from there don't know what is up.

Easily the worst tacos I've ever had in my entire life. I don't need to search anymore. I found the place that serves them everybody. I ordered 3 different types of meat in the tacos and all of them were the same shade of gray. It was absolutely disgusting. Even if the meat was killed sometime this year, they cooked it to complete dryness and 4/10 tacos had tendons in them. Imagine trying to bite down into a nice soft taco and instead of almost chip a tooth off of mystery meat. Yum! But no its completely inedible and it makes me sick to think about. And to think they're selling tacos a quarter more each than the best places to get tacos makes me wonder what is going through their brains. Some person said they're from LA but what an insult to LA that is. What kind of trash can have you been eating out of to think0 they serve this stuff down in LA man this place is terrible. Don't eat here
