First time it was really good . Reminded me of home back in LA/ San Fernando Valley ! But my second visit was a completely different experience. The meat . Me and my family thought was old or recycled carne . Like it's been sitting out all day and they just reheated it then served it to us . So my opinion and observation is don't expect this place to be good each visit. To be honest the second visit has me scared to revisit. Customer service was good both times tho so they are very nice folks ! Maybe they only serve the fresh meat to the "Locals"

She gave us all the sides plus extrasThe salsas are a plus too but their cucumbers though were so fresh and tasty!!Ill def be back for much more, service was great & quick!

Theses tacos are beyond your expectations from corporate restaurant tacos. Authentic taste and reminds me of my childhood in México! The classic carne asada and the delicious Mexican Rice, NOT SPANISH RICE, purely Mexican y delicioso. Don't pass on this food truck!

The tacos here were amazing! My partner and I have already come here twice when passing thru Bakersfield. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend! Be aware though, this place only accepts cash.

Best Taco Truck in Bako. Yes, I just went there. There are infinite amounts of taco trucks in and around town and I have tried a good amount of them and this stands out for two reasons. The food and value. I have been here a few times and everything I have got or tried is tasty. I have had the asada burrito, chicken mulita and al pastor taco. The asada burrito is by far my favorite as it chock full of meat. The beans and rice are almost an afterthought in their burritos because there is so much meat. Most places (trucks or restaurants) fill their burritos with the beans and rice as that is the cheapest element of a burrito. Not this place! I would say it is 80% beef and 20% B&R. Most importantly, this burrito or any other will only set you back $5! Yes, only $5 which beats any crap meal you can get at KFC, Carl's Jr, etc. The staff is friendly and the salsa bar is great. I am a green salsa fan and theirs does not disappoint. There is a seating area under a tent so you can eat there if you're not into eating in the car. I have even brought in a beer once to go with my dinner. The only knock on them is that it opens at 4pm so no lunch if you were planning that as you read this.

Oh my goooood.. estos tacos son los mejores que eh probado en la vida.. vivo en Los Ángeles y aquí hay una LoncHera que son mis favoritos pero esta ves que fui para Bakersfield y encontré los tacos puedo decir que son los mejores. Te sirven demasiada carne y gigantes. Con 3 tacos tienes... PERFECTO

The best tacos, so delicious! All condiments are on the side of the food truck so you can serve yourself as much or as little as you would like which is perfect!

I purchased 2 burritos and 2 drinks to go went home and started to eat when I found a piece of plastic / glass in the burrito went back to talk to them about the situation the service was bad treated the situation like a joke and not professional. I will never be going back there for this reason ! They lost a good customer.

0 stars. Disgusting tacos. Wouldn't feed it to my dogs. It's all leftover meat parts. Also has a weird smell to it. Nobody is wearing masks which is unsanitary during a pandemic. Tacos de asco
