There are about 3 taco trucks located within a block of one another. My husband and I decided to go on a taco truck taste test adventure. The asada tacos here were my husband's favorite of the three places we visited. He is a huge fan of yellow corn tortillas and this place fits the bill. We are definitely coming back to try other things on the menu.

This place was very good to come to a few years ago. Since then they've declined in service and are completely in need of better time and organization. I came here yesterday and ordered 4 quesadillas, 2 with pastor and 1 asada. Then I ordered 4 tacos asada. The lady was rude and didn't even give me a recipe or tell me my order number or anything she just said "we'll fall it out when it's ready" so I waited, no to mention the wait was 37 min long. When I finally received my order, I was missing my quesadilla and she said she didn't charge me for it or remember me talking about it and since she didn't give me a recipe i didn't even bother to argue and just took off. Horrible horrible. They lost a customer.

This is a review of the Taco's Galacticos #2 food truck that is in the parking lot of DLG Party Rental and Bridal on Dinuba Blvd. and Sweet Ave. In my opinion the food here is much better than the original Taco's Galacticos food truck which is on Houston and Ben Maddox. The taco's here are amazing and authentic with delicious cooked to order meats like Carne Asada, Carnitas, Al Pastor and Lengua. The taco's are reasonably priced at about $1.25 each and well worth it. They also serve really good Tortas which I recommend and Quesadillas. Your food is served plane but there is a small toppings bar that has green and red salsas, red onions, cabbage and lemon for each person to customize they're food as they like. I like the traditional Carne Asada taco's but would recommend people to try, at least once, the Cabeza (Head) and Lengua (Tongue) taco's. These are very traditional, and preferred, cut's of meat in Mexico. I recommend this place for good late night taco's and quick service.
