My Wife came here a couple of times after church with the family. The first couple of times the food portions were great.Today she went in and the food portions were small, asked the waitress why the rice and beans were like small they didn't not care and no answer,so with that be said no more coming to this place.

We were so excited for the reopening, but will NOT be returning! They're a restaurant now, but the food quality has depreciated:* shrimp tacos (we raved about in the past) are smaller and rubbery* chicken tacos are dry and extremely lack seasoning * al pastor was just plain ol' sad* rice and beans are bland and clumpy, like they were just microwavedTHEN, something must have burned in the back & the ventilation was bad. They weren't even doing anything until I complained. Maybe they they should have left things the way they were! I know a whole lot of folks who didn't mind packing that spot when it was a janky dirt road food truck...

Delicious! Stopped by while visiting relatives in Tulare because they really wanted us to try the food! It's a favorite of theirs! I loved the authentic food and relaxed atmosphere. I got a sope that was big and handmade, and everyone at the table loved their food. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no problems. Plenty of parking too.

Great food and great prices! My go to order is a carne asada sope, which comes in at $6. It comes out fast, fresh, and is super filling! The sope itself is much larger than most and is generously filled with meat, lettuce, beans, crema, cheese, and tomato. They even have a salsa bar to add even more ingredients if you chose to do so.The current location is a food truck, but it looks as if they are constructing a building so as to have a permanent restaurant location. Also, good to know is that they are a cash only business. No cards accepted, but totally worth going out of my way to get cash for their amazing food

This is my favorite street Mexican food in Visalia. I've had their asada, lengua, cabeza, pastor, and tripas tacos. All were delicious. My favorite is lengua and asada. Tripas was nice and crispy, but not oily. Regular tacos are $1.50 each. Specialty tacos like lingua & tripa are $2 each. Excellent salsa bar with a red, green, and avocado salsa. They serve tacos plain and let you top them at the salsa bar. There are regular white onions, cilantro, pickled red onions, jalapeños, cabbage, lemon, pretty much the works. I have been here twice in the last year and it hasn't changed. It's a semi-permanent taco truck with tarp shading and picnic tables. The place is busy, but quick.Lots of people seem to get tortas, tostadas, and shrimp cocktail. I'll update my review when I have tried more items.[UPDATE]I went back to try their burritos at almost 9pm and I was still completely satisfied. The burritos are good sized; they fit in a square styrofoam container (see picture) without much extra space. Not small or ginormous, but I'd say they are on the larger side of the average burrito. They put meat, beans, rice, lettuce, avocado slices, and cotija cheese in the burrito. The avocado and cotija cheese was a nice surprise, but I'm not a fan of lettuce in my burrito - I'll request my burrito without lettuce next time. Regardless, my wife and I both loved our carne asada burrito and will be regulars at this place.

Stay away from this place! I ordered the menudo & when they brought it out I found cardboard inside the food. When I told the casher she told me yes it is cardboard it must have came from when we cut the menudo. So you mean to tell me they're cutting up the menudo on cardboard boxes?? Stay away!!
