Terrible customer service. Purchased over $100 worth of shirts and was returning to purchase more up until they decide not to exchange a $9 shirt that I purchased 3 days earlier that had a stain on it.

Lots of proclubs at a great price. Much cheaper than ordering from the proclub website. Customer service was 10/10, definitely coming back.

I'm giving T-World a review based on what they are: they're a small, independently-owned retail shop in an area where seemingly everything is a chain. Their inventory is not tiny, but also not huge. A lot of the clothes they carry aren't mine or my boyfriend's style, but they have his very favorite thermals in the world. They're also not ridiculously priced, and they are good quality that last through many wears and washes. The owners are quiet but they are sweet. They're an older couple who moved here from Korea many years ago, and they've owned T-World for ages. They even carry a few K-beauty products for reasonable prices. They have a little dog named Lucky who wanders the store, too. In his old age he is a little bit timid, and more of a sniffer than a petter, but he's totally harmless and very gentle and sweet. If you've got kids you don't need to worry about him. The owners try to give you space to find what you want, but will ask if you're looking for anything specific. I love that I don't feel pressured. If you're looking for a size or color they don't have, they'll go search the back but they know their inventory. If you're worried they're rude or something, don't. The owners are very kind, sweet and helpful people. They've just dealt with their unfair share of racism and comments, so I think they don't want to give people ammunition to be rude or something. I find really good nose ring hoops here, and they're so much cheaper than what you pay at the mall for the exact same thing. Support local! Check out T-World!

The reviews for this place are generally not good.I can see why BUT maybe something has turned the nice couple off of customer service. Retail is a tough business privately owned.I had a pretty good experience despite the lack of 'hello' or 'welcome in' or 'can we help'...I was coming out of GNC next door and saw the cutest little dog at the front door. I admit, he drew me in. I had seen this place before from outside but had never been in. It is huge inside!So much stuff. T-shirts, shorts, boots, shoes, hoodies.. I immediately fell in love with 2 jackets, my size... and the little dog too that belonged to the couple, working. The jackets were $10 each. I could not believe it and snapped them up. Regularly priced at $70 a piece. Decent quality too.Upon checking out, I learned that the owners were Korean. Dear to my heart as my dad taught ESL there and he loved it. I spoke a few Korean words and the woman lit right up. Things changed and I left on a really high note. I even went to my car to get "Lucky" the dog some treats.I would go back here and recommend it to others for casual, inexpensive clothing or footwear.

This was our first time coming into this store around noon on Wednesday. I noticed that there were 2 sandal options for ladies upon entering the door for under $10. I'll have to check this place out again because my husband and I came in looking for flex Dickies pants for his job, and I was looking for long sleeve shirts by Dickies for my brother. No luck. I did spot basketball shorts for men in various colors, large sizes, and affordable. I will return again to check out those shorts and other items for gift giving. The store is small and neat. They also have sunglasses, some Vans, and more basic items like socks.

How does this place stay in business? My daughter and I walked in today looking for a few raglan tees. The old man behind the counter didn't even look up he just kept watching the tv he had back there with him. So he's grumpy and maybe not a people person? Alright fine. But what really bothered me was that we were greeted the moment we stepped in the door by what appeared to be his dog, off leash, not being monitored by the owner at all. My family and I have plenty of experience with dogs-we foster for a local rescue and own several ourselves. This dog should not be off leash around customers. He got right up in my two year old's face and when she moved toward him he jumped back very nervously which made me very uncomfortable. His eyes, tail and general body language made is very clear he did not want to be touched or approached. An anxious dog has no business wandering around a store like that. Now, onto the actual tee shirts. They were horrible! The only raglans they had were "unisex" (read oversized), scratchy, boxy and the small went down to my knees. What the heck? Who would want to wear that. We wandered around hoping to find more options but since the old man napping behind the counter wasn't going to help and I was afraid my daughter would be bitten by the dog, we decided to leave without buying anything.

There are so much pro clubs! The prices are very good. The woman and her son at the counter are very friendly and helpful. Definitely come here if you want pro clubs

The service was good but they need to update there pictures from there website and very good price and quality

This place is so cool and full of amazing clothes such as pro club for ONLY 5 dollars Witch is a great price. Also the cashier is super friendly and helped me pick out my size also they have lots of colors to choose from this place it truly amazing and I we can back here more often

Rude!!!!! Unprofessional. They wanted me to leave my newborn In his stroller in the large isle while I shopped, I was stereotyped for stealing im sure even tho my stroller only had my new born in it. And my toddler she kept giving him the dirtiest looks when he said hi. as a customer I was about to spend $100 for a birthday gift and I was treated so unkind I just walked out. I came here for convincine and a gift. But I will never go here again Bc the Oder and attitudes were enough to never ever come back!!! A nosey customer said the owner wanted me to "leave my stroller at the front so I don't knock over the shirts " as she yelled it at me with a attitude. when I go everywhere with my children I'm not leaving them unattended period!!! Do not go here!
