We always take our laptops to Swat PC. They're honest, reliable, fast, and will bend over backwards for their customers. Also there are some COOL vintage computers and video games on display. I highly recommend Swat PC!!

SWAT PC continues to have a reputation for customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. I have both taken computers to their location, and recommended others go there, and have never had a bad report from any of the people that I've recommended who have used them. .

You would think that something like transferring files and software from an old desktop to a new one would be a snap, right? Well, not so much! We are so thankful to have Brent available to do the job, and answer our many questions in the days to follow. Brent is not only very knowledgeable, but kind and generous with his time, and he doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone. The SWAT team has done several jobs for me, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently brought in my custom-built PC for diagnostics and repair after running into some issues that I couldn't figure out on my own. From the moment I dropped it off, I felt completely at ease. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately made me feel reassured. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what was wrong, but he took the time to explain things to me and kept me updated throughout the entire process.Despite dropping it off towards the end of the week, he was able to diagnose the problem and communicate the issues within just a few days. Once he identified the faulty part, we arranged for a replacement and he had my PC fixed sooner than I expected. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also rebuilt my PC very nicely, making sure everything was perfectly in place. The level of communication and care he provided was outstanding. I'm beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of computer repairs.

The best in town!! Better than the bozos at TechXpress trying to charge me $150 just to repair my hard drive, but here at Swat PC I paid $30 for a diagnostic and they checked it for the hard drive problem and my hard drive was just loose and they didn't charge me extra for that. BEST IN TOWN WITHOUT A DOUBT!

I cannot say enough positive things about this store. I called SWAT after striking out at Best Buy, as I needed a hardware repair and fast, as I was going to be moving at the end of the week. Brent was so incredibly helpful on the phone, and let me know that it would likely take longer than a week to fix my laptop but that I can feel free to stop by and see if he can adjust it just enough so that it's useable. I did just that, and when Brent realized that the part I needed may arrive in time for him to fix it before I had to move, I agreed to take that chance and leave my laptop in his care. Some unforeseen circumstances ended up happening later that day that could have potentially affected the arrival time for the parts, but Brent worked tirelessly that afternoon after discovering he had the same laptop on hand that was set to be recycled. I had my laptop back in my hands, like brand new, less than 24 hours later. The service and care that Brent provided was incredible, and thanks to him I was able to start my new job without a hitch due to his quick thinning and effort. I highly recommend using SWAT PC for all your computer repair needs, I couldn't be happier with the results.
