Super Taco Mexican Food

I was warned by Bar staff since they are in O'Hennings parking lot. They may show up and they might not!!!!!Oh hell "NO" 1st don't go by their hours cause they no showed Wednesday and Thursday. Showed up late Friday almost after 7:00. Don't go by their listing of hours. Also bought food and went home to discover issue and didn't bother returning food to rectify issues.By the way, it's not like Burger King cause no matter what you order they are not going to make it your way!!!! Asked prior to ordering, what was on the burritos and ordered accordingly. Order taker spoke perfect English and no Language barrier. Ordered a burrito with steak meat and cheese only. Well I got a burrito with half rice, meat, cilantro and cheese. So much for meat and cheese only!Second burrito, was a Chicken and cheese burrito. Well it was a Carne Asada burrito a copy of the 1st burrito. Wife was pissed!!!!!!Tried my carne asada burrito that was full of extras that I didn't order but gave it a shot. The steak meat had a tri-tip consistency with a heavy smoky flavor. Not a carne asada flavor but a BBQ flavor. Wrong beef taste and way too smokey and not traditional taco truck meat.The chicken burrito....... Well not sure they messed up the order and never tried itWas warned and gave it a try!!!!!! NO Way!!!! Will go elsewhere for quality food!!!! Tacos trucks in Bakersfield are everywhere and this one is missing the mark!!!!

Found this spot doing a drive by and I decided to pull an Anthony Bourdain and pull over and give it a try. We tryed tha carne asada taco and texture out of this world. Fresh handmade tortilla. We also tried the birria with rice and beans and it was on point 100 fresh tortilla. Salsa fresh horchata... we devoured every thing and we will be back. thank you Martin'

This place is amazing. I was on the hunt for a pambazo! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and believe me when I say this HIT THE SPOT! so bomb! We also got an asada burrito and chicken tacos , my husband and my son LOVED it! The food is definitely of quality! We will be regulars here now. And the service and everyone working there was super nice and welcoming, you can tell they care about their food and presentation.

We've been coming here for the past few weeks every Tuesday, & I can't recommend it enough. The family that runs the truck are so incredibly kind, & even remembered us just after our first visit. They have tables out next to the truck, a perfect distance away from their wood fire where they cook their meat fresh. It gives the feel of going home to eat with family, & it's made Tuesdays our favorite day of the week.The tacos Al Pastor are AMAZING, but so is everything else we've had (the Al Pastor is just so incredibly flavored that it's top on our list). The burritos were one of the first things we tried, & they are DENSE with meat, & full of flavor. They even put in grilled onions & a fire roasted pepper on the side. They've added things here & there, slowly building the space up to what it is now, & somehow they keep getting better. They have a salsa/side bar, & fresh baked goods too! (I personally recommend the flan & chocoflan; they're both delicious.) Tonight, we got something different, I got Horchata (we were supposed to share it, but I've been hogging it) & my husband got the Sopa Al Pastor & WOW! Amazing flavor, & perfect texture. I can't wait to try more of their food, because what we've had so far has knocked everything else out of the park. If you're looking for a nice place to eat, & just slow down for a bit (or even just some amazing food to take home after a long day), this is it.(Photos & videos are from different nights. Decided to try a new place on my way up north and luckily this place was a 5 minute drive off the 99 freeway. Called ahead of time and they were kind to answer my questions. Arrived and was intrigued by the daily deals on some of the menu items. Got tacos and a Burrito which came with a free drink (Friday's Deal) Food tasted great. Asada, Pastor & Cabeza were good meat options. The horchata and pineapple waters were both very tasty. The salsa bar has a lid that keeps the items covered. It helps protect the food from being contaminated with foreign objects. They were kind enough to bring the food out to our table instead of calling it out for us to go pick it up, Definitely recommend stopping by for a bite!! Will definitely be coming back.

Best Carne Asada Tacos with hand made tortillasThe Carne asada is as authentic as it gets it has a good carbon flavor and it's so flavorful you can tell they know what they're doing on that grillThey got that authentic Mexican flavor on everything they touch whether that be the salsa or the meat it's all good I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for they're go to taco truck

Awesome tacos! Meat is smoked gives it an amazing taste. Avacado sauce is my favorite. Great service option to zelle they have daily specials my favorite are the Asada and birria tacos highly recommended will come here again. Martin is a great host 5 stars
