Amazing food, cheap prices, Great service and staff,The ambiance is decent,And they offer free mints which is great!I love mints, mints are awesome.Their sushi is really good, I recommend their Fuji roll,And their bento box is incredibly generous!! ^^

The staff was very friendly but the food was just alright.There was only one chef so the food took a while to prepare. Despite being 1 of 2 parties present, my two hand rolls took 25 minutes to prepare as no one else was available to work on the Japanese dishes. They had convenient menus for take out so I would recommend placing an online order prior to save time.*Yellowtail Handroll: the fish was on the colder side and the seaweed was not fragrant. There was only a thin layer of rice and I would have appreciated a bit more in flavor. The avocado and cucumber were fresh but I was expecting more for $8. The fish had some fattiness but the temperature made it a bit off putting. *Tuna Handroll: the fishier of the two. Had similar issues except I had to dip it in some soy sauce to take of the fishy edge.The wait was a bit long given the lack of customers so I would call in next time. The handrolls could be improved with more seasoned rice and potentially some sauce to dip in. At the moment, it seems a tad unrefined and too simplistic.

I've only eaten here one time and I thought it was pretty good. The only thing that leaves any question in my mind is that we didn't eat at the restaurant we took it home. We got sidetracked and didn't have a chance to eat the food for nearly an hour which affect the food quality so I can't say too much on this particular review. I'm going to attribute any possible negativity to my lack of timeliness in regards to consuming the food. The owners are friendly and happy to see you. Very polite and treat you well. The restaurant was clean and I am be happy to go back again.

9/27/24 Hot and New!! Must try!! I called & ordered the Spicy Tiger Roll, Mapo Tofu and Baked Lobster Roll. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 20. I went in to get it shortly later. Arrived and checked in and greeted by kind worker!! Such a Great experience!! The owner was there and cooking away! Very kind! Everything made fresh! Great chef! Cooking away and the worker informed me its a family business. Order ready shortly later with well wishes!Lunchtime!! Order split. Fresh, tasty ginger! Spicy Tiger Roll 1/2 was Fresh & Great! Nice, spicy kick. Baked Lobster Roll 1/2 was Great too! DELICIOUS & flavorful! Both, even better with wasabi & soy sauce. Mapo Tofu was Good. FYI! Total mess. Be aware. Not much spice, but still tasty! Something different. Mother said her 1/2 was all Great!! Leftovers with the tofu. 1 order is a lot!! Great service & Great lunch!Highly recommended!!

Tried this restaurant since it just opened and the prior restaurant was really good. The service was amazing and the waitress and the chef were the best! The food was really fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Came from Tulare to try this place out. Was recommended by the sales team in Handford Dodge. So glad we tried it out. The chief knows how to please his customers with what they want. If they don't have it on the menu. Ask he will fix it for you. The waitress was very sweet and helpful with the menu for the kids. Would make another trip from Tulare to go back

Great service and great tasting sushi!I wish we took photos before devouring everything. We got the combination sashimi platter and it tasted so fresh, no fishy taste or smell. The waitress recommended a spicy tiger roll and it was delicious. We also got an Alaskan roll, double double roll (?), and a few other rolls. All great tasting. The chef was extremely nice along with the waitress. Service was quick. We will definitely be back!

Best sushi in Hanford! The chef was so nice and made our food soo fast. Coming from Japan this place is 99.9999999% the closest since i have been here since 2023.
