Sunnyside Country Club

We recently held my mothers 90th birthday here. It was a great experience. The Clubhouse has been remodeled and looks fresh and up to date. We worked with Anna Z and she was more than helpful and accommodating. The food was exactly what we wanted and the wait staff was amazing. They even offered to give the great grand children chicken nuggets instead of the pork loin the adults were having. What service!We brought our own decor the night before and by the time I got there to put it all out it was already done by the staff, you can't ask for more that that. The next time we need an event space, we will definitely use Sunnyside.

Attended a wedding here for some friends. My opinion might be some what biased because of my experience working at multiple 5 star country clubs back home in Colorado. Service was good and the venue was nice mostly, but the setting appeared outdated and seemed almost a bit too small for a country club but as I've said my opinion is somewhat biased. Cash bar was a shock to me being the first cash bar I've ever seen at a country club, but much of that has to do with the event planning and how the hosts set it up. The golf course was in fair condition. The food was good and platted well (mash potatoes, chicken breast, veggie mix). The only thing that sold me on this place was the service. Very attentive and polite.
